  Went thru drive thru, we missed one item on our menu, the 3 young men, just stood there looking at us, until one said,"you will have to go thru drive thru again. It took 20 minutes the 1st time. So I sent my son inside to get the soft taco supreme, another 20 minutes and we are still here. Part of the problem maybe that your staff is out the back door. Im truly surprised that you can run a business this way.

  They have quite literally never got my order right. There is always something wrong. Also the people working the drive thru have zero customer service skills. Usually I don't care about that, it's a drive thru after all, but is it really so hard to raise your voice and not mumble? We all know those drive thru speakers suck, you aren't helping. Plus I have seriously never heard a single word from the people at the window. It's always just a blank, empty stare into the distance, without a single word or acknowledgement.

  Some of the nicest Taco Bell employees I have ever dealt with. Wanted to customize some of my items and had 0 issues whatsoever

  Negative stars for service. Was going through the drive-through to place an order and also pick up an order, but I was told that I could only do one at a time you would have to drive around yet. They’re inside was also closed because they’re shortstaffed and they didn’t understand that people are coming there on a work break and don’t have time to go around twice and then when you call to try and talk to a manager that doesn’t exist either because they turn off their phones because they are so horrible and they don’t want to deal with anybody the man at the drive-through had the worst attitude. I’m like dude check yourself. You literally just work at a Taco Bell. Come on.
