  Tacos were so hot they were almost hard to eat, it was nice going through a drive through and getting hot fresh food.

  I seriously do not know what’s going on with this location? A change in management? Or lots of employee turnover? I don’t know…however, that should not be the customers problem. While at the drive up, we place the order. It gets put on the screen. No matter how you verbalize your order, either the person/persons taking the order can not hear, or they don’t care. “Is everything correct on the screen?”… “NO!!!” So we’re back to repeating!?!? Several times! Then they FINALLY get it right. We pay. Get home to discover that food is actually not even wrapped and just laying in the bag, and everything is WRONG along with missing items. Go back up to the location only to have the manager argue with you. Not only that, while you’re standing there, another customer comes up with her food and explains the chips don’t taste right. You try to replace them, she taste them and you exclaim that your grease is old and they taste like that for a reason!?!🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ what!?!? You replace my missing items, fix the items you got wrong and the Drink. I get back home to my family and discover that you still forgot an item!?!? I should have checked that time! Every time we come to this location lately it a issue!?!? What’s going on!?!? Of it’s on the order screen, whoever Is preparing has a comprehension issue and out just can not read? This needs to be corrected! By your reviews, it feels my complaint is valid!

  The food is always fine (for Taco Bell at least) but the employees have a really bad attitude at this location. Unfortunately it’s multiple employees on multiple occasions. Anytime I can tell they have an attitude I just drive off, I’m not dealing with a 16 year olds crappy attitude, I have enough problems

  Order through the app and pickup in drivethru many times. Always friendly. Always timely. Always accurate. Food is always on point. Quality location from my experience.

  Just went there today after work and got two avocado ranch chicken stacks, and Diablo nuggets, as well as the avocado salsa and jalapeño salsa. I didn’t open the food until I arrived home. Food was in awful condition. The chicken stacker were falling apart. The tortilla was torn. I paid for extra chicken as well as paid for the salsa packets —Neither were included in what I received. The Diablo chicken nuggets were totally burnt and looked pretty disgusting and they were also very small. It would be in the manager’s best interest to review the crew that was working today and address the quality concerns.
