Where it shows that they can hear, we learn they just can’t read. I ordered a burrito with no onions, it was on my ticket and receipt. Yet whoever made the food must have lacked the necessary skills to read all modifications for my food. I worked at a tacobell so I understand being busy, but this is the 3 time this location has failed to do the simplest thing as to NOT add something to a food item. Making more work for themselves, truly. SMH

I was delivering for DoorDash on my lunch break. Prior to leaving work I placed my own pickup order from the restaurant- one taco. When I arrived at the store, my order was ready and I let them know I was also picking up a DoorDash order. Employee A came out and told me that it goes against doordash’s policy for dashers to place personal orders while they’re picking up a DoorDash order. I looked it up because I wasn’t aware of this and it turns out there is no rule about this from DoorDash. I waited another 6-7 minutes for the order and finally another employee came and told me they’re refusing to give me the DoorDash order because I broke doordash’s rules against placing my own order while dashing. I let her know DoorDash has no such rule and because we are 1099 contractors, it would be unlawful for DoorDash to create such a rule. I did not make a scene or anything, I just simply let the employee know they were wrong and walked out to my car.
I contacted support to let them know. Support attempted to contact the store and let them know there is no such rule but the store still refused, saying it was their personal rule (I understand this and if they let me know, I would not have done it again). While I was on the phone with support, three different employees came out of the store- one came up to my window and tried to speak to me; one took photos of me and my vehicle and the third kept coming out and standing by my vehicle watching me while on the phone.
The entire situation was completely uncalled for and could’ve been completely avoided had these employees been educated on DoorDash policies and how to treat customers.

Every now and then I decide to give this location a chance, and once again, another mission failure.
I placed my order and paid online, they prompted me for a ready in 8 minutes, but I opted for a later pick up of 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:27 and was ignored by the 5-6 people working in plain view. Eventually the drive thru attendant came over and asked my status, and I gave her my order number. That was it until 6:43, when a young black fellow with curly hair came from the food prep area, I noticed the hair as he was the only person not wearing any head cover the whole time I was in the place. Anyway he asks my name, can't find it, then thinks I'm at the wrong store, check my phone, nope right store like I already told him. Give him the order number, he punches that into the register and wow, there it is. He turns around and says something to the crew on the drive thru side, then turns and says yeah their working on it now. No apology, no nothing!
So then I get my order and have to ask for my beverages, and this kid just shoves a couple of cups to me. Once again, No apology, no nothing. So I check the bag to ensure everything is there, which remarkably it was THIS time, fill my own beverages, get a carrier and get out of there at 6:46
So I get home and find that they did screw up the order, got a Beef Chalupa instead of Chicken.
I think future taco cravings will have to be cured next door at Jack in
