Out of smoked chicken, out of blue corn tortilla strips for a new dish, out of avocados, a cold sandwich that was supposed to be hot, 2 bottoms of a ciabatta roll on one sandwich, 2 tops on the other sandwich, dirty floors, trash in the booths, cup dispensers facing the wrong way allowing anyone to touch the rim of the cups which is extremely unsanitary, trash cans left out of their cabinets, no to-go containers to pack our food to go without waiting 10 minutes for an employee to notice you, and employees with an attitude when someone points out an issue. We talked to the manager about a couple items and she was dismissive. She blamed it on Panera Corporate. Needless to say we WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. Disgusting amd disgraceful!

Very few customers yet tables and floor littered with crumbs and trash, no paper towels in the restroom, microwave was disgusting, trash overflowing. Very unpleasant all around. Still only about 5 customers when we left yet zero cleaning had been done the entire hour there. 🤢

- SCSue ChambersMar 13, 20261.0I feel like this location has declined so much in the last year. They rarely have the ingredients for what I want, regardless of what I am ordering. The quality of the food has declined as well. Things are brought in instead of being baked there, delivery is spotty and they run out of basic things very quickly. The restaurant itself seems dirty. The walls in the booths are always greasy with fingerprints and I have not noticed that they have ever been cleaned. It is just not the place it used to be and I no longer enjoy going in there. Managers come and go so frequently, there is no ownership. The staff is nice but they are limited in what they can do to help. It is obvious it is corporate owned now.
