  Always talkative and kind workers here and never gets my drinks wrong they also are super fast in filling orders so people can get to where they are going ❤️

  The drinks are usually really good, but whoever works there on Saturday and Sunday, they serve people colored water and that’s about it. Then, give you attitudes when you ask them to correct it, and still give you flavored water. So go on the weekend at your own risk.

  It's nice having the seven Brew on my way to work. Unfortunately they have pretty sporadic adherence to their posted hours. 2 times in the last four that I've gone, when I have pulled off the larger Highway they're open sign was on but they were actually closed. Tonight they at least came out and told me they were closed. The last time someone just hung in the back till I drove off then turned off the open sign.

  I had someone pick up my drink on the way to work today and when she told me she was going to the location off 94 in St Charles I automatically knew my drink was going to be wrong. She had already purchased my coffee, but because I knew they never get it right I stopped at the location in O’Fallon next to hobby lobby because I absolutely needed my coffee to be correct and they never miss! I drank my first coffee from the 7 brew in O’Fallon which was amazing, then I just started to drink the one from St Charles and not to my surprise was it nasty and wrong. This is the 2nd time in a week they have messed my drink up, the other one I got was nasty and had coffee grounds in the bottom! I had to take the drink to the O’Fallon location so they would fix it for me! I’m sorry but they need to be retrained in St Charles

  My daughter had cheer practice at 6 AM this morning, so I definitely needed something to wake me up! I decided to stop at Seven Brew on First Capitol/94 and figured a sweet, caffeinated drink would do the trick. The girl taking my order told me she was new, and she was very nice, but she wasn’t really able to give me any recommendations. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, so I was looking for something sweet that didn’t really taste like coffee but would still give me the caffeine I needed. I ended up going with the default Blondie, which seems to be what they usually recommend when you say you don’t like coffee but want something sweet. I know there’s also a chocolate option, but for the life of me, I couldn’t remember the name! When I pulled up, I immediately noticed that it just didn’t have the usual Seven Brew vibe. Normally, there’s fun writing and surveys on the windows with chalk markers, but this morning the windows were completely blank. There was also no music. Now, it was 6 AM, so I completely understand not blasting music that early, but it still made the experience feel a little different. Usually, the employees also chat with you and make the interaction fun. This time, the person who handed me my drink was mostly talking with the other employees in the stand and basically just handed me my drink and sent me on my way. It wasn’t rude, but it definitely felt more like a transaction than the experience I’m used to having at Seven Brew. The drink itself was okay. It still tasted much more like coffee than I would have preferred, but it was drinkable and gave me the caffeine I needed to survive that early-morning cheer practice. Overall, this was definitely an underwhelming Seven Brew experience compared to my usual visits. It could absolutely have been because it was so early in the morning, although I have had some issues with this particular stand in the past, too. That said, I still like Seven Brew and will be back. Hopefully my next visit has a little more of that fun Seven Brew energy I’ve come to expect!
