  everytime i order ahead i show 10 mins late because i know there will be a wait, 10 people already waiting in the lobby and i wait another 10 minutes for my order to have already come out 5 mins before that but the staff too scared to yell a name :|

  i like wingstop's food however, the service is by far the worst iv ever had, i tried to order from the phone, and the person just told me we are busy and we dont do phone orders, then when i wanted to speak with a manager they hung up... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM thier service is terrible, corporate will be hearing from me

  Location seems to be sliding downhill. Main pain points this trip: 1. Wings were pre-dropped and hanging in the basket. Got my food in less time than it takes to cook trad wings, so I knew, but also the Louisianna rub hadn't melted into the wing. Wings were lukewarm but edible. It's 2pm, they shouldnt be precooking the wings like that anyway... Thats for rushes. But at least train them to redtop them for a bit to heat the outside back up enough to interact with the sauce... 2. Diet Dr. Pepper from the coke zero has always been weird tasting. Not sure if it needs more syrup or what, but it's always bad enough to make me go for the regular. 3. Men's bathroom door has been broken for probably years at this point. This time there wasn't even a soap dispenser in the men's bathroom, let alone an empty one.

  Avoid tgis location! The bathrooms and general inside of the store is disgusting. The br didn't have soap in it at all and none of the employees wear gloves as they work. I also experienced them selling a drink to a customer knowing that all of their sodas were out except for diet than refused to give a refund after. On top of that they are unbelievably slow. I am shocked they are still open.

  I placed an online order at 9pm at this location two orders I received my orders and my chicken wasn’t done I specifically stated online order asked for well done extra cook time. The food wasn’t edible it was chewy undone soft. I returned it and asked for a refund worker said manager isn’t there so I can’t have refund so I got it made over the worker was very unprofessional she was cursing had an attitude very unprofessional worst experience I’ve ever had showed no remorse or care that me and my little sister food was Undone. I also had to wait another 45 minutes for my order to be remade . Anyways I won’t be eating at wingstop ever again because me and my sister could have got sick I know their short staff but people spend their hard earned money and can’t even get basic human decency no apologies or anything just attitudes we won’t be coming back and I really enjoyed wingstop in the past , Wingstop lost a customer for good .
