Just had dinner here tonight and have to say.... we had an amazing experience! My husband got the bone in ribeye with Tasmania chili and fries. I got the filet mignon w/Lobster tail, loaded baked potato and steakhouse Mac and cheese. All food was fresh and delicious. Bread was warm. We also got a blooming onion (no pic) that was so yummy! Brian(Bryan) was our server and made sure we were well taken care of! Took about 10 mins to get a beer on draft from the bar when it wasn't busy at all, but may have been tap issues? That was literally the only minor complaint I would have. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. We would definitely come back!

Yesterday, my family and I went to the Outback Steakhouse to celebrate my wife's birthday, which had taken place recently. A waitress (who didn't even introduce herself)—came over, took our drink orders, and walked away. She returned a while later with our drinks: less than three-quarters of the juice for the child, and for me—slightly warm water, in which I had struggled to dissolve my tea, then she left again. We have been dining at this restaurant for many years and know that the servers typically bring customers bread and butter right away—as it is a signature feature of the establishment—but we received no bread and butter. The waitress left once more, leaving us to decide on our dinner orders; this time, she was gone for a much longer period. When she finally returned, she still didn't have any bread and butter for us—but no matter; these things happen, and perhaps she simply forgot. She took our food orders and walked away again—and this time, it felt as though she had vanished forever. I turned my empty mug upside down to signal that I had long since finished my tea, and we sat in that state for about 30 minutes. She walked past our table repeatedly throughout that entire time, without ever stopping to ask if we were doing alright. We had a small child with us who was very hungry, so my wife asked a passing waitress for some bread. The waitress quickly tossed out a casual "OK," and about ten minutes later—while we were still waiting for our actual meals—we finally received our long-awaited bread. I suspect we would have been sitting there for quite a while longer had I not called over the manager, who was chatting nearby with one of the staff members. We explained the situation; she said she would look into it immediately and walked away. She then brought us our food herself, stepping in for the waitress. It felt as though the food had been shipped in directly from Australia, as it wasn't particularly hot and certainly wasn't prepared in the traditional style of an "Outback Steakhouse." My wife's steak was bloody rather than medium, after she trimmed all the fat from the steak, only a tiny scrap remained—roughly the size of two fingers; the chicken intended for the child, breaded and fried, was also not very hot, and was covered in strange dark spots, and for our child, they brought macaroni instead of french fries. My burger arrived with cheese (despite my request to leave it off); It contained two very small pieces of some unidentifiable, heavily overcooked meat—unfortunately, nothing like what was shown in the photo. The food was so salty that it was absolutely inedible. I would like to summarize our ruined evening and mood. We were initially charged $86.82, but my wife pointed out that the order had been taken incorrectly for macaroni and fries that we didn’t order, instead of kids menus that contain chicken fingers and fries, and the waitress then corrected the bill to $72.18. We left the restaurant in the presence of both the waitress and the manager—yet no one offered us so much as an apology; in fact, they didn't even say goodbye, which proves the essence of the slogan: “NO RULES”! We are deeply upset and believe that this was our last visit to this restaurant, as this is the first time we have ever encountered such rudeness!

Was given a salad that was literally just pieces of hard white core pieces. Had to juat cancel my order. Juat pure laziness whoever made that. If you can't make a salad , you cant make a steak. I just sat and watched my son eat chicken strips and ill just grab a steak to go from Texas roadhouse I guess.

Usually I like Outback but I went there around 5p on a Sunday and they were very busy. It took forever to get my Drink and also to get the meal. The Filet was supposed to be medium well but it was overcooked and dry. I had to use steak sauce which is usually an indicator that either the steak is overdone or not very flavorful. The cheesecake with raspberry sauce was very good as we're the shrooms.
