    Family members went through the drive-thru at the 6295 Mid Rivers Mall Drive location. They tried giving the order, each time the gal kept cutting them off asking if "that was all". They asked for a bag of regular salted chips, she read back the chips and had Salt & Vinegar instead of plain. Then when they received the order - the 2 bags of chips were missing. She gave them the chips but after questioning that they ordered the second bag, even though it was part of a combo. My family arrives home and the #9 - Italian Nightclub with extra onion, Toasted was actually a toasted #10 in the bag. At the very bottom of the bag was a receipt - the one sandwich that should have been a combo was charged as a sandwich and drink - no chips. What makes it worse is that the store wasn't busy - there was only one other car in the drive-thru and very few cars in the parking lot. The person taking the orders was either distracted, did not care about getting the order right, wanted to just get customers moving on or a combination of the aforementioned. This location is on our way home and so we go occasionally... responsiveness and accuracy used to be the norm, but challenges ordering or getting an item wrong in the order are happening more often.

    Everytime I’ve been to this location I’ve had an issue with food/drinks the last few times I’ve been the bread was stale toppings were okay and the cups have leaked everytime when I get a drink. Workers are nice and everything just food wasn’t great due to bread being stale and half my drinks have been leaked into my cup holders in my car.

    Placed my order at 710 for 2 litle John sandwiches with 2 sides of oil and vinegar. Didn't receive the order until 750 and the bread of the little John's was beyond stale. I would have been embarrassed sending these out. I called the store and was told I have to bring them items back in the store even though I paid for delivery. I told them that is not possible because I am in a wheelchair and was told it didnt matter I still needed to bring it in. I asked to speak to the manager and said they were the manager. I asked for her name twice and she mumbled it both times and put me on hold when I asked her to spell it out. After realizing I was put on hold I called back and the manager answered rudely and finally gave me the name of Elise. I place this order several times a week and always tip well, i will not be ordering anything anytime soon.
