  Me and my friends waited here 15 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready and the store was not very busy

  I placed my order via the app and picked it up in rhe drive thru. One reuben sandwich and one turkey bacon sandwich. The reuben was fine the turkey bacon was just turkey- no bacon. I did not modify to no bacon. I was very much looking forward to enjoying that sandwich until discovering it was missing part of the standard build- which certainly I was charged for. I guess you have to unwrap your items while still in the parking lot for quality assurance. The male employee working the drive thru was very courteous. I will share that as well.   Drove through 145 pm 5/1 Friday. ordered my meal. The african american woman that was working at the register was very unfriendly and rude. I asked for 5 arby sauces. I got home realized she gave 3. I drove back and told them I had the wrong sandwich. She said #1 is cheddar, I said yes, but I want #2 double beef she mumbled and rolled her eyes then, looked away at the gray haired lady. I told her I wanted the difference in the price.She opened up the window later and gave me a quarter and a penny which the difference was forty cents. She was frustrated and mad.I asked for 5 arby sauces. In the bag, she had one horsey sauce, 1 arby sauce and 1 ketchup. I said I have 1 ketchup and horsey sauce. Can I get some arby sauce? She took the ketchup and horseradish sauce, threw it across the kitchen into a trash can. Then gave me one arby sauce in return and a dirty look and closed the window worse service ever. No dine in only drive through

  Arby's is usually one of my favorites. This particular Arby's was closed at 1:15 p.m. today. Two employees walked away from a locked door and didn't bother to say hey we're closed. No sign on the door either. Won't be back.

  Food was good ( what food we did receive). We placed an order through the app. We ordered a fish sandwich along with other food. When we got there, we were told they were out of fish for the season. They would not refund us or offer anything else in its place. So we are out that money. We had to buy another sandwich so our everyone would be able to eat. When we got home, we were missing 2 orders of fries and half an order of jalapeño poppers. Really?! Is this how you run your business??!! Never again!!
