  I placed my order via the app and picked it up in rhe drive thru. One reuben sandwich and one turkey bacon sandwich. The reuben was fine the turkey bacon was just turkey- no bacon. I did not modify to no bacon. I was very much looking forward to enjoying that sandwich until discovering it was missing part of the standard build- which certainly I was charged for. I guess you have to unwrap your items while still in the parking lot for quality assurance. The male employee working the drive thru was very courteous. I will share that as well.
