  Love 7Brew and their service. This location doesn't model that at all. The young man skipped our car and took care of another. When I asked why, he told rolled his eyes and told me it didn't matter if I was there first me had to sandwich cars. When I asked if he said that it didn't matter if I was there first, he said I just to understand he had to go by policy and I needed to get over it. Refused to give me his name, and was less than helpful when I then had questions about the menu. Left without making a purchase, because I knew I was going to be rude if I stayed. Drive farther to any other 7Brew.

  I hate leaving bad reviews! But if you order no ice, no fill it should not be filled to the top… I politely said that to them when they handed me a medium iced blondie no ice, no fill - filled to the top. They basically argued with me that was no ice no fill… it’s not.. there’s no room for the ice so it was filled up with a bunch of extra milk/cream.. she took it back in to the girl that made it who said “that is no ice no fill”….. again it’s absolutely not… I am pretty certain they then just dumped some out and handed me the same drink… I love paying $7 for a drink, being kind and then not getting the drink I ordered and talked back to.. some extra training might be needed here in how to make a drink no ice no fill and also customer service..

  Love this place never had a drink made wrong and they are always so speedy and go out of their way for everyone and everyone is so nice make sure yall tip those baristas they work so hard for us.

  Everyone at this location is always extremely nice and helpful. Every time I go there whoever is taking my order always goes above and beyond.

  I’ve been to this stand quite a few times and have no issues. They do great on my drinks and usually the service is amazing however my recent experience there was terrible. The guy who helped me was so rude and had awful customer service. He looked so annoyed by the idea of having to help me and then got annoyed when I had asked if I could get a pup cup for my dog. No friendly welcome or even a “have a good day”. I wish I would’ve got his name but I’ve heard some others have had a similar experience with the tall guy with curly brown hair. And I can confirm those rumors are true.
