  Horrible experience! Just picked up my order of 30 wings. I had only 1 flat out of 30! I’m not the type to request all flats bc I feel that’s a little selfish, but I went inside to address it, and they basically said I got what was left over bc the orders before me requested flats. I feel if you don’t have enough flats to give in every order then you shouldn’t take requests. My wings also had feathers on them🤮 I will never be back.

  Ordered from 2 different location. First time they never opened and couldn't get anyone to issue you a refund over multiple days. At this location I got my order, however the associate or manager there seemed very displeased that I even spent my money there. I think next time ill spend my money where its appreciated. Do Better wing stop. Pathetic from the leaders of this organization.

  I placed a pick-up order at Wingstop at 11:45 PM. When I arrived, the lady said, "We wanna get out of here, we didn’t make your order and there’s no way for you to get a refund." She was extremely rude and asked me to leave at 11:52 PM, even though they weren’t closed yet. I’m very upset about how I was treated. She was mean to me & my son & now we have no food.

  Cheese fries tasted like vomit.. driest wings I’ve ever had.. I HAD to use other wing places sauce to eat this crunchy dry overdone trash 😭🙏 please don’t go here 1 dollar a wing deal is not a deal if it was actually good I want my money back!!

  If you want wingstop go to the one one by the smoothie king forget street name but they are kind there not rude the one in sunset Hills they are always rude not the men so much but this one lady that works there a lot she wear glasses braids kinda short.I went in to pick up order for a Marisa when order was ready she called it out but said a different name Melissa so I repeated the name I had on the order to make sure I wasn't taking wrong order she gets attitude and say Marisa Melissa rolled eyes blew her breath then went back in kitchen with attitude I was shocked 😳 I'm like dang I just wanted to make sure I was getting the right order I understand the names are similar so I just wasn't sure she could have just said oh I mean Marisa 🙁 and she's always had an attitude she just took a break for couple weeks but now she's back mad because she has to come in to work I didn't deserve the attitude all because I didn't want to make a mistake I think she should just quit at this point never smiles always rude always I prayed for her though so hopefully whatever she's going through gets better.
