  I went to Taco Bell tonight 9/26 at 9:20 and they claim to only be taking door dash and mobile orders. Why would any business only accept that?!?! Absolutely ridiculous. This has happened before but actually ticked me off tonight. If you don’t want to work in fast food, move on and find a new job.

  Ordered over an hour before close. Got there and the ai voice asked for my online order number. I provided the number. Got no response. Lights and everything was still on, so after a few minutes of no response, I drove up to the window. No one… orders on the screen and registers were on along with all the lights. Apparently whoever was working the closing shift the morning of 9/17/26 thought people paying money for food service was a suggestion and not the whole reason they have a job in the first place. If you’re in St. Louis or visiting, please don’t go to this place. Literally built no more than 2 or 3 years ago and service is dog water.

  Everything wrong on our order. We ordered for pick up at 712, food wasn't ready until 753 and literally everything was wrong. Food forgotten and extra attitude when we tried to get the right food

  Came by last night at 1:20am, they had their drive thru light on. There was no answer to me asking for service multiple times and when I pulled around, there was someone standing in the window on their phone. I asked him if I could order and he said “we’re closed.” They’re open to 4am every day so I’m not sure if this is a new change, but you should at least update your google listing to show that you won’t be open.
