  I can’t recommend STL S&C enough. I’ve brought multiple people from all over here and they love it. It’s been so great to see them expand to the new space and the menu and they work DAMN hard and really love what they do. The banana pudding cups NEVER miss. The chicken Caesar salad? FIRE. Do yourself a favor and GO!!!

  STL Steak and Cake serves consistently delicious food. Sandwiches are really good, 1/3 lb burgers are good, smash burgers are good, salads are good, wings are good, onion rings are fantastic, fries are okay, and the desserts are good, especially the brookie, banana pudding, and turtle gooey butter cake. Not a fan of their chicken tenders and have not tried their fried chicken yet. Overall, a great place to eat. The only suggestion I'd make is if they could somehow offer half sandwiches. Their sandwiches are so big, not everyone can eat a whole one in one sitting, but the sandwiches are impossible to save for later because of all the ingredients that are on them. The bread gets soggy and gross, there's just no saving it for later, so it's either stuff yourself until you're sick so you don't waste it or waste it later when you have to toss it. I know at least two sandwich places that offer a half size sandwich and if they would do that here too it would be nice.

  Always a friendly chat with the owners daughter she's such a gem. Love this place. Dessert is so cheap and so good!
