Normally, because I live in Chesterfield, we would frequent the Woods Mill location. But the Woods Mill location did not open until 4 pm. So my son drove to the Crestwood location to pick up our meal. I asked for the Eggplant Parmesan dinner. I have always had great a Eggplant Parmesan dinner from the Woods Mill location. Suffice it to say, we will never purchase food again from the Crestwood location. My Eggplant Parmesan was hard as a rock, like it wasn't even cooked. Could barely eat one slice. Threw the rest away. The white cavatelli pasta was extremely dry and had no taste. The bread that was supplied was not very fresh. I'm extremely sorry for needing to point this out, because we have always enjoyed Rich & Charlies, but never again at this location. They don't seem to be interested in quality control.
