  I went on Vacation to try to food and wanted to experience my first 5-Star restaurant, I have a platform and they treated me horribly, it’s a public place , And I went to a corner of the store where no one enters the frame but me , and was ask to leave , wasn’t told why or anything didn’t even get to try my food , I asked for a refund and didn’t receive it , I will be contacting my lawyer.

  A 17th Birthday We Will Never Forget! My son was turning 17, and after watching several Gordon Ramsay shows together as a family, he asked if we could celebrate at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in St. Louis. I can honestly say that he was not disappointed—this was one of the best birthdays he has ever had! From the moment we arrived at the Four Seasons, the evening felt special. The restaurant floor offers spectacular views, yet the space still feels warm and inviting, with wonderfully comfortable seating, a beautiful fireplace, and fun photo opportunities for guests of all ages. As we approached the restaurant, we were warmly greeted and told that they had been expecting us. They had noted that we were celebrating a birthday, and from that moment forward, we were treated like absolute royalty. Eric who took care of us, was truly exceptional. Every detail seemed to matter to him, and it was clear that our experience was his highest priority. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind—not only to us, but also to his staff. He answered every question with genuine care, made wonderful recommendations, and was right at every turn. The food was absolutely outstanding, and my son was over the moon. My sister and I are French, so when we say the food was incredible, we say it with a great deal of experience with French gastronomie—and this restaurant exceeded even our very high expectations! At the end of dinner, Eric brought out a special dessert, and the restaurant joined in singing “Happy Birthday” to my son. But the kindness did not stop there. Eric gave my son the Gordon Ramsay pin he had been wearing, which was such a personal and generous gesture. Shortly afterward, he brought the chef to our table. We were so grateful that the chef took the time to speak with us. Of course, we had many questions about the menu and which dishes he had helped create! He then graciously invited my son and his sister to visit the kitchen, allowed them to take photographs, and showed them the beautiful private dining area in the back. The kids were completely amazed. Even a gentleman dining near us told us how envious he was that they had been able to tour the kitchen! The thoughtfulness continued until the very end. When our table was being cleared, the macaroni and cheese I had ordered with my filet was accidentally discarded. Before we left, Eric had a brand-new order prepared for me to take home as a gift. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. This entire evening was led by genuine heart. Every detail was handled with extraordinary care, and it was obvious that the kindness and generosity came from the top and extended throughout the entire team. On the way home, my son said several times how amazing the evening had been and how grateful he was to have had such a special experience. As a mother, I cannot adequately express what it meant to see him so happy. Thank you to Eric, the chef, and the entire team for giving our family—and especially our son—a 17th birthday we will never forget. The food was exceptional, the hospitality was extraordinary, and the memories are absolutely priceless. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Ramsey’s Kitchen, and I especially want to recognize Niles our server for making our visit so enjoyable! Niles was attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our meal. The service was excellent, and his positive attitude really stood out. It’s always refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about providing great guest service. Thank you, Niles, for helping make our experience such a great one! We will definitely be back!

  Great location in the heart of downtown STL. Midwestern foodies now have the tremendous fortune of sampling Gordon Ramsay's famous dishes and fare, without traveling far. And yes, it's everything you've always imagined it being. Angela, the outdoor bartender, was tremendous and personable. I can't recommend her enough. Everything from the initial greeting at the front of house, to the time you exit the restaurant, Ramsay's Kitchen exists to make sure that your foodie dreams come true.

  This restaurant is genuinely an experience. Not a good one, but definitely an experience. The food had me questioning every decision that led me to this place. The service was so slow I had enough time to reconsider my entire life. The staff had the energy of people who were personally offended that customers existed. The cleanliness? Let’s just say I suddenly developed a deep appreciation for hand sanitizer. And the prices 💀. Paying that much just to sit there, wait forever, and receive disappointment on a plate is honestly impressive. At one point I wasn’t even angry anymore. I was laughing. Everything was going so badly that it became entertainment. 1 star because Google won’t let me give 0. Would I come back? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it? Only to someone I don’t like.
