For one, I love Gordon Ramsey and I've been to more than one of his restaurants. I think he would be extremely unhappy with this one of he showed up. The atmosphere is incredible and the servers were wonderful. The praise stops there. We ordered soup as an appetizer. It came with one bowl and one spoon. It took over 20 min to get a single bar drink. The soup actually came out first.
My steak sandwich was extremely disappointing. It had no flavor. It was 37 dollars and I've had way better at local delis. It was also very chewy. My truffle fries that were supposed to be triple cooked were soggy. The asparagus was SWIMMING in sauce and pepper. It was inedible. It was so soggy and peppery. It took almost an hour to get food.
My husbands fish and chips were good. That was by far the highlight.
Otherwise steer clear unless you want to pay a fortune for bland chewy food. We were most excited for sticky toffee pudding, but we declined to order it because of the poor Quality of food and long wait.

We enjoyed our visit. The crab cakes were awesome. Grilled chicken and salad too. Service was wonderful. Food was delicious.
We were however comparing them to Hell's Kitchen in Vegas were we visited last year. So that might not be fair, but ...
Maybe it was because that was a first time at a restaurant like that, but it was more impressive. So this left us a little disappointed.
The only real disappointment we can point to, is that the mac n cheese was not the same. It was good but not as memorable.

The roasted chicken was nasty - completely unseasoned, soggy skin, sitting in watery green sludge with mushy beans. Tasted like zero-effort cafeteria food. For $40+, it’s a total rip-off. Whoever pays more than $10 for this is wasting their money.
Horrible service on top of poor quality. Extremely disappointing from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant.
General manager did not provide any customer service at all. She was extremely rude..
AVOID THIS PLACE!!

I came here for my friend's birthday day during brunch hours. We ordered the salmon & orzo, the chickpea tikki masala, the tuna appetizer, asparagus, truffle parm fries and the steak sandwich. While the service was great and food presentation was to standard, the food was subpar, actually way below my expectations for a restaurant under the GR name. The chickpea tikki masala lacked sesoning and , the rice was bland. The grilled chicken tasted like it was frozen pre cooked chicken with no flavor that got thrown into the microwave. The fries and tuna were ok. The steak sandwich tasted like roast beef. The Food should have tasted 1000% better than the amount of money it cost. Very disappointed.

We took our daughter here tonight for her 18th Birthday. It was all she wanted. My husband and I went to the Gordan Ramsey restaurant in Kansas City and were not disappointed. Every single thing we ate was delicious. We were quite disappointed tonight. The beef Wellington had absolutely no flavor at all. The ribs, Mac n cheese and scallops were good, but we could have gotten them anywhere. The service was amazing and the atmosphere was pretty, with a great view of the arch. Really wish the food was better.
