As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
This place is very unprofessional. The way person working the drive thru spoke and was dressed was very unprofessional. Instead of " would you like anything else" , he kept rushing me to order by saying "what else you want" "come around". Then I get to the window and the entire place had food and empty used trash and debris on the floor. I understand that there should be "some" food and stuff that my fall in doing orders in a hurry but they had to have some down time to clean as they go and this place looked like it had been there a good portion of the day. The man that was taking the drive through order had a riped t-shirt and hi jeans had no belt and was below his butt exposing his underwear and an additional pair of short he was wearing under the jeans. He didn't have a clean appearance to be working in food and service industry. I don't want to take any man's money or job from him, maybe he was struggling with some.things but I definitely don't think his struggle should reflect on the representation of the company. May the manager should have a sit down with him and re-train with quality company policies that teach dress code and speech etiquette for drive thru.
On another note there was also a man who appeared homeless or under the influence that was hanging out by the drive through window and side door of the establishment. He was communicating with the workers as though he knew them and they would be passing stuff to him. While also assisting customers that were waiting for their "door dash" type deliverys. Overall..won't be returning

We pulled up, waited 5minutes before anyone said anything. Once we started our order the lady seemed incredibly confused. We had someone who is allergic to gluten (deathly allergic btw) we asked for a burger with no bun and the lady began to argue that they could not accommodate him. Left immediately
