I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she had a gorgeous white pixie haircut and she was the nicest person I’ve experienced in any fast food restaurant. One bowl was missing beef and queso entirely. The second bowl had absolutely no flavor 🤮🤮 no seasoning, no queso, nothing. Just bland ingredients thrown together. To top it off, both bowls were cold. The lack of quality control, attention to detail, and basic care is honestly shocking. I spent $25 on two meals that were incomplete, flavorless, and cold. I tried calling the restaurant to address it and no one even answered. If this is how online orders are handled, something seriously needs to change. Extremely disappointing experience. Do better!
