I had an online order for delivery and after waiting an hour, the door dash person was there for 15 minutes, my order was cancelled. When I called the store they said that the card had been declined but they had never contacted me to review. Their app has issues iwth Apple Pay, apparently.
The employee started talking over me and hung up on me.
I tried calling the store back and they refused to answer nor did I ever receive my order.
I then checked my credit card statement and found that I had still been charged because the orded had gone through.
I had to go through Qdoba corporate support to be refunded. Which frankly, was the bare minimum of being refunded for an order I never received.
This was my last time ever ordering or eating Qdoba.

I don't know why we keep trying. Went in for a simple quesadilla. Was told he was shutting down quesadillas because he was short handed. When we do get to eat there it is either great or Luke warm with stale chips and looks like a toddler threw a bunch of mess on a plate. There is no inbetween. So disappointing, it's my favorite fast food place but it's taken a dive! No wonder it's always empty, lately.

I go to QDOBA about 2 times every few weeks and it never disappoints! I love QDOBA so much and the food is absolutely phenomenal!!! Highly recommend

Ordered a catering order and they forgot half the order at pickup. Tried to reach the store GM for nearly 10 days before I could get a response. Was directed to their director of catering, I have been trying to reach him for 5 days with no response. What an absolute joke of an establishment and operation. I would look elsewhere for any catering or large orders. There are many reputable businesses to work with, skip this place and avoid the headache.

Walked in there were cockroaches all over the floor. I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Its a dying restaurant at a dying mall. I would not eat here.
