  Great service--our order was ready and waiting when we arrived to pick it up. Great care had been taken to keep the spring rolls fresh--not dried out as can easily happen. The banh mi that we ordered (one grilled pork and one shredded chicken) were delicious.

  I've only ordered Gizzards. The claim is that they now carry Sun Restaurant's gizzards. Sun Restaurant is no longer open secondary to fire. When I'm in town I usually order ~ 20 whole orders to take back to the West Coast. Paris Banh Mi gizzards are similar but not exactly the same. Their gizzards are a bit spicey and served with hot sauce while Sun's are well seasoned but not spicy and are served with hot braised sauce upon request. With that being said both restaurants have EXCEPTIONAL GIZZARDS. They are just two different dishes. That is a good thing. When Sun rebuilds I will not abandon Paris restaurant and I will continue to patronize both. Paris Banh Mi, well done!!!

  My online pickup order was ready and sitting on the counter when I arrived. There were three ladies standing at the counter chatting about an order but they waited until they finished their conversation to greet me. It’s always a good idea to greet the customer even if you have to ask them to wait a moment. The crab rangoon is savory just like I like it. The gizzards are flavorful and crispy. The menu has tons of offerings and there’s a few that I would like to try on my next visit.

  Our food was all pretty good, I got pork spring rolls which where actually very good, and a Chinese pork belly Bahn mí . The service was very poor though overall, biggest offence was that my friend waited about an hour for his bahn mi while many that ordered after us got their food...

  I’ve honestly never been treated this poorly over something as simple as picking up a Too Good To Go order. The woman at the counter was outright rude and had a nasty attitude from the second I walked in, like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. The food itself was barely anything—some crackers and a small item—which I could have overlooked, I wasn’t really expecting anything of value besides something sweet. But the way it was handled was ridiculous. She literally tossed the items across the counter at me and then got visibly irritated because she couldn’t figure out how to use the app, acting like it was somehow my fault. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. It’s a shame because the menu actually looked good and I was considering coming back to try their regular food, but after that interaction, there’s no chance I’ll be returning. If this is how customers are treated, it’s not worth it.
