  Made reservations for Monday night came a bit early manager on duty asked for us to come back 30 minutes later . When we returned with everyone in the group were given the run around for an additional 20-25min . We were seated a hour later than time we booked

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Edward provided one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, his energy, professionalism, and personality stood out. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal. What impressed me most was how hard he worked. Even when the restaurant got busy and the pressure was clearly on, Edward never lost his composure. He stayed organized, kept a positive attitude, and continued providing outstanding service without missing a beat. It’s rare to find someone who can handle a packed dining room while still making every table feel like they’re his top priority. His personality is truly incredible—genuine, engaging, and welcoming. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offered excellent recommendations, and made the entire experience memorable. Morton’s is fortunate to have someone like Edward representing their restaurant. His work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to providing exceptional service deserve recognition. I’ll absolutely be coming back, and I’ll be asking for Edward every time. Thank you for making our evening unforgettable!

  My order was incorrect and my partner's food was terrible. When we informed the manager he did nothing to correct the error. A Denny's would have at least comped drinks or offered a desert for messing up two out of two orders, but not Morton's. This location was dead with very slow service. I think I saw my server a total of three times despite only 6 other couples being in the restaurant. I love Morton's and have been to several locations, but this one in St. Louis is terrible and I will not be returning based on how poorly managed it was.

  Struck out! 72.00 steak comes out mid-well when I ordered medium. Manager takes 20 minutes to acknowledge. Not what I expect from this type of steakhouse. Regret not going to Carmines!!!!

  Our experience at Morton’s The Steakhouse at Horseshoe St. Louis was outstanding from beginning to end. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it perfect for a special night out. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout the evening. The food was exceptional. The steak was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and of outstanding quality. Every side dish and appetizer complemented the meal, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. It’s clear that attention to detail is a priority here. The entire restaurant was spotless, and the overall dining experience exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply treating yourself to an incredible meal, Morton’s is absolutely worth the visit. I’m just across the river, so I really need to come here more often. We’ll definitely be back!
