  Came through the drive thru around noon on my lunch break. Woman who took my order was very friendly and attentive said her name was Shannon. We joked when I accidentally asked for Arby's sauce. HAHA. Gentlemen at the window was very kind and helpful and the food was delicious. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Shannon and team 👏🏼

  Great food, love the frozen custard! Ask for your roast beef well done if you don’t want it pink. Employee Ed was probably the most gracious person I’ve ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. Kudos to Ed!

  My daughter was having a rough day & mentioned how she was craving Lion's Choice. Sometimes a good meal & good conversation can fix all of your problems, so we went... My daughter has celiac disease & it's hard to come by resteraunts that not only have options but also take it seriously. They worked as a team to confirm that this was to be prepared as GF. She was also impressed by the GF bun that was package by itself ( no cross contamination, very important) but warm & soft, which is not common. She finds that most GF breads are tough & crumbling. I just wanted to say, the gentleman by the name of Ed made our experience unforgettable!!! I have worked in management for customer service for over 25 yrs & in the industry for 20 and this young man, seriously impressed me!!! He is an incredible asset to the company & should be made a manager, at bare minimum. He greeted us immediately, made sure that we had everything we needed, incredibly personable. Smiling laughing, truly engaging with his customers, all while working hard & efficiently... That's a diamond in the rough & should be acknowledged!!! Thank you Ed & staff for our great experience!!! My daughter came in the door's feeling depressed, and she left with a smile on her face & a full belly saying how much she loved Ed and how great he is, and I couldn't agree more! Nothing brings a mother more joy than making her kids happy when they're down!!! And they are right when they say, sometimes it takes a village...5 stars would go again, especially if I know a friendly face that made such an impact on my first visit, will be there!!! Thanks Ed & team! ☺️😇🤩🥰
