What a magical experience at Union Station! Our server Josh was knowledgeable, attentive, and above all hilarious with jokes and whimsy! I recommend getting seated next to the windows facing the koi pond because Union Station does a fire show while you dine with music from the Beatles and Led Zepplin. My only criticism is that the Landry’s membership card was preached to my table on my birthday a bit too much while we were enjoying our food. But Josh made up for it, surprising me with a birthday ice cream cookie creation that sealed the deal on my love for Landry’s. Thanks for the memories!

My Son was leaving for the Air Force on Labor Day and the wife and I wanted to treat him to great meal before months of cafeteria food. Our Server Genesis was absolutely fantastic, fun , bubbly and energetic!! The Food was some of the best we ever had, from the Filet Surf & Turf to the mouth watering Chilean sea bass and those loaded mash potatoes!! The Key Lime Pie was decadent and a surprise from Genesis was a Large glass with Cookies ice cream and Carmel/ Fudge sauce and a candle! Nice Touch!! 10 Stars EXCELLENT send off for our son and Proud parents.

Love Landry's! They serve quality food in a relaxed environment. It's a plus for me that they're located right by the water and diners have the option to eat, drink, and be merry with a view of the water! More specifically, our waitress Ki was super friendly, attentive, and very accomodating by offering menu suggestions and ensuring our table was well taken care of. Ki is an entire KEE and I will ask to be seated in her section when I return. 🌻

Went here to try the swordfish which they were out of that's why I only gave 4 stars. The hostess Vanessa greeted us and got us seated. She informed us who our server would be and thanked us for coming. Our Server Destiny did an amazing job during our time there. Last but not least, our chef Brendon even came out to apologize about not having the swordfish and suggested another great option. This is the kind of service that you look forward to when dining out.

Went to dinner here Saturday night, as a restaurant worker myself, walked in knowing it would be busy. I have a lot of grace for my industry fam, so this review is not written lightly. Hoping it gets to the owners and they can make some adjustments. Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us and suggested the bar given the lengthy wait. We took her suggestion and proceeded into the bar. The dining room seemed busy, but well managed by staff they had about 6 servers on the floor and were running 4-5 table sections. The bar, however, seemed to be a completely different story. As soon as we found a seat, we noticed disgruntled people all over the room, including the bar top, and we soon found out why. It took about 30 minutes for us to even be acknowledged and it was a server in the drink well who did so. He proceeded to go behind the bar and get our drink order and food order. Shout out to Austin. There were two bartenders on shift, but I am still not sure what they were doing because waiting on customers was not it. The bar top in front of us was not cleared until our entrees came out and we were never given or asked about refills for our drinks once by any bar staff. Multiple people sat at the bar top for 30-45 minutes (not an exaggeration) without even being greeted. A young lady who was serving came behind the bar and began to make drinks to clear the well tickets and help clean up the bar, she seemed like the only one getting anything accomplished at all. She didn’t do a whole lot for the bar top, understandably so, she had tables on the floor and no access to the bar POS. My second biggest gripe was the manager. He came behind the bar to help cash a few folks out and left with the entire room still at “dumpster fire” status. I decided to take a lap to see if the dining room, or kitchen seemed weeded as well and to see if he was even touching tables or assisting somewhere, but had no such luck. I will never understand how managers see a fire, run the other way, and keep a job. It was genuinely a mess. Even if the food were 5 stars people wouldn’t remember it, it was either a really really rough shift, or the place needs a restructure.
