We walked in with no reservation and was seated quickly on a Thursday afternoon..my first time visiting this restaurant and it DID not disappoint..the wait time on the food was about 15 to 20 minutes but everything was prepared fresh...we had the fire roasted oysters, the captains gumbo, and the spinach dip and I was in love.. everything was delicious and fresh.. when I go back to St Louis im definitely going back🍴

Landray’s Seafood was absolutely outstanding! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The seafood was high quality, the portions were generous, and every bite exceeded our expectations.
The service was just as impressive everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing meal.

Walked in, was told there was an hour wait for table yo a nearly empty restaurant...axtusl wait less than 10 min. Oysters were small and overpriced, Tabasco had gone bad and tastes awful, cosmopolitan tasted like rubbing alcohol, waited 20 minutes for drink, kids Mac and cheese was literally Kraft outta the box! Snow crab was delivered without appropriate utensils and no wet naps or moist toilette for cleanup. Prices were generally too high for subpar food and service. Bathrooms were also unkempt and messy.

I would never recommend this to a family member or friend for a nice night out. Spent $200 and the food and service were horrible. Took 50 mins just to get our appetizer which was shrimp and crab cakes. It was cold and had been sitting because I seen it come out to the table next to us and they said they had already gotten theirs. So they took that back to the kitchen which I’m guessing put under the warmer till someone else ordered it and it was ours and delivered 30 mins later when our waitress finally realized we didn’t get it. I ordered the swordfish and that was dry and the shrimp were so over cooked they were like rubber. Our waitress did nothing to fix the situation and her name was Allie. Just a oh sorry. She gave us the wrong check for another table. So extremely disappointed with them.

I visited Landry’s on June 23, 2026 around 7p.m. and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had.
I requested patio seating and was seated within the promised 15 minutes, which was great. However, after being seated, I waited approximately 40 minutes before anyone acknowledged my table. Even after asking another server to locate my waiter, it was another 10 minutes before he came over.
Because of the long wait, I ordered both my drinks and food at the same time. More than an hour after being seated, I still had no drinks, no food, and had only just received water after mentioning that I hadn’t been served anything. Meanwhile, nearby tables that arrived before and after me were receiving their food and drinks without issue.
I asked to speak with a manager, not because I wanted anything for free, but because I frequent this location, often once or twice a week, and wanted to make management aware of what was happening. Unfortunately, the manager’s response was disappointing. Rather than apologizing or showing concern, he seemed irritated that I brought the issue to his attention. When my drinks finally arrived, they appeared to have been sitting for quite some time and were no longer cold.
Later, when I attempted to order another drink while I was still finishing my second martini, I was told by the manager, through my server, that I could not order another drink until I had completely finished the one in front of me. I have dined at this location many times and have never been told this before. Even my server mentioned that he had never heard of that policy. Considering the excessive delays in service, ordering ahead seemed completely reasonable.
I understand restaurants get busy, and I don’t place all of the blame on my server. However, the lack of communication, extremely long wait times, and poor management response made this visit very disappointing. I drive 40 minutes to dine here because it’s one of my favorite restaurants, so this experience was especially frustrating.
After all of that, I still left a tip because that’s just who I am!
