  I visited Jimmy John’s on Euclid in the Central West End for the first time, and let me just say—I’m impressed! I ordered the Gargantuan, and when I tell you that sub was GOOD… it was so good. I’ve always eaten Subway, and I’m not trying to throw any shade, but Jimmy John’s is on a whole different level. This right here is a REAL sub! The customer service was also great. Everyone was polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I honestly didn’t even realize there was a Jimmy John’s in the Central West End, but I’m so glad I found it. This sandwich was absolutely delicious, yes, I said it twice because it deserves it! I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience!

  Went on Sunday 4/12 and did tap to pay. Got charged $14.71. The very very rude lady at the front told me it did not go through. When it very much did on my end and asked me to use my card. I refused and walked out. Well thank god i did. Fast forward two days later, the charge they claimed didn’t go “went through” and fully processed on my end and posted. I will be contacting the BBB if my charge does not get reversed today.

  It must have been at least 15 years since I last visited a branch of this chain. Since then, not much seems to have changed. The veggie sandwich I ordered wasn't very good, it consisted of a pale bread and cheap ingredients, such as simple lettuce and cheese, as a filling. The only element that was new to me was the avocado spread. The whole thing wasn't exactly inedible, but flavor-wise, it simply wasn't anything special. Unfortunately, it was also served cold, I wasn't even asked if I wanted it heated up. Therefore I found the price quite expensive. And the whole shop looked a bit battered. There‘s a huge room for improvement.

  Angela was so helpful & efficient(helping the next customer while actively working on orders)! I actually placed my order through the app at a different location, she helped me get my order canceled and reordered at thia location! Thank you for being so kind!

  The girl with the colorful hair and make up is so unpleasant person to encounter. Not an enjoyable experience.
