  What is the point in ordering a sandwich online and paying for extras when obviously the person making the sandwich can't read the order apparently? Just from this order I got charged $3 extra for avocado and there is a light smear on the bread. Looks like someone wiped their butt with my sandwich. Big waste of money here. A $25 dollar sandwich and all bread.

  I ordered delivery as my wife and I are at the St Louis Children's Hospital for our daughter right down the road. It took over 50 minutes for our food and when it did arrive, the delivery driver rolled down her window and a wall of weed stench came out. There was also someone in the passenger seat that was clearly not a Jimmy John's employee. Our food also reeked of weed as if it had been sitting in there while they were smoking. Do not order delivery from this location. This was around 6:30pm on Friday, July 17th. Whoever the delivery driver was needs to be fired

  I just had a turkey sandwich from this location today, and I can confidently say this was the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever had!!! I literally called the store after to thank the employee who prepared my sandwich and the manager on the phone told me it was him! and that the management has been changed recently, so I am telling you guys the quality has improved drastically!! 5 stars⭐️

  Dont go here!! Everytime i go to this location theres almost no meat mainly bread, a lot of the time theres no lettuce, might as well cancel my order instead or waisting my time. The workers constantly are arguing infront of customers and giving horrible attitudes to customers
