Jimmy John’s has never done us wrong. And I’m genuinely impressed with the high level of service and attitude from the drive thru staff every single time!! I understand online is faster with less room for error, but sometimes calls are necessary, so I really appreciate good customer service as much as good food. Nothing. I get silence when I make it to the window. No verifying the name, no have a nice night. No hello back. Never and I don't get it.
