  I’m writing paragraphs on my phone about a chain restaurant on a Saturday night….. that should say enough. Store #203 @ 3822 Laclede is a joke. The alleged store manager hung up on me when I called for a refund after dismissing me. Cool. Loved that. Avocado spread - old/brown, beyond nasty Tomatoes - so overripe they’re mush/starting to break down Sandwich as a whole fell apart due to wet bread that was underbaked to begin with. There’s no way anyone is properly overseeing quality or handling of anything on their line. The LittleJohn sandwiches are hilariously bad. Don’t waste your money thinking it’ll atleast be decent enough for your four year old kid to eat…it won’t be. A few inches of wet bread, the skeetest “slice” of meat, and paying for cheese or any add-ons is literally insulting when you see what you just paid for. To have a price point only $3 less than a standard sandwich is criminal. 10/10 sucks 0/10 would not recommend

  Ordered multiple items. One came up wrong. Asked the staff to remake the item. When done, service staff threw the sandwich at me. The sandwich would have slid off the counter had I not caught it. It wasn't my fault for making the wrong sandwich. If you don't like your job, get a different one.

  We came from out of town. Wanted to get Lunch after the arch and when we got to the door another gentlemen was standing outside and said it was locked. Only sign on the door was no public restrooms but we could see employees working behind the counter and they looked over but didn’t come to the door, they just ignored us. So we thought maybe it was closed for dining and we could go through the drive though but that had a sign on it saying to come inside.. we pulled up and noticed the drive though window was open but they still didn’t acknowledge us so we took a photo to report it. After that they came and unlocked the front door. When we walked in the lady behind the counter started yelling at my boyfriend about “ taking a picture of her “ and he was telling her that he just took it to report because we didn’t know what was going on and that he would absolutely delete the photo that we just wanted to be served. She continued to be irate and even after saying multiple times if we can just get food or that we would leave she just continues to yell so we walked out. Here is the photo we took of the drive though window that she is “ in “ you cannot see any part of facial features. We only took the photo for proof on no service and being ignored. I’m super disappointed. They also said they were “ temporary closed but they’re good now “ and that was the best explanation that we got.
