I asked really politely for new fries, even apologized for asking and the employee was so rude when I asked to get new ones — dirty look on her face and looked so inconvenienced. Would not give me eye contact. I can’t believe I tipped these workers. We go to Five Guys a lot in the STL area (not this one). I will never go back to this location. Service is everything, I hope their manager takes note of this.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
