We ordered 2 burgers, one with cheese and mayo, the other with BBQ sauce and lettuce. It was rung correctly. But what we got was a cheeseburger with lettuce and light mayo and another cheeseburger with hot lettuce and extra mayo. Iceberg lettuce is literally sautéed in mayonnaise. There is more mayo than cheese. I did not ask for extra mayo and I am allergic to iceberg lettuce. Even after picking the lettuce off, I can’t eat this thing. We spent $26 on this and the really messed up thing is that this my third time coming here and having both our burgers made wrong. I never complained the other two times but I’m real sick of spending just shy of $30 and having my food made wrong. It’s not as though my order was complicated or rung up incorrectly. When I called to speak to the manager, they said I could have a refund if I come back up there. It’s gonna have to wait until tomorrow because I’m at the tail end of a 14 hour work day and now, I’ll not be eating anything today except a couple of my son’s french fries. I won’t be spending my hard earned money here again anytime soon.

This is the best hamburger I've had outside of cooking at home. It was fresh, flavorful and made just like I ordered it. This is a great hamburger go to. I don't think I can order anywhere else without comparing to 5 guys and being disappointed.

This location use to be the best, but now? I'm not sure what happened. Granted it's been some years since I've visited, but now, service is slow and when the food was finally received it was saturated in grease and the inside of the burger was cold. How, if you just got it off the grill? The bag was even falling apart BECAUSE of the grease. While we know burgers and fries aren't the healthiest meal, I expect it to be at least presented better than it was to not make it so obvious how much grease was used to prepare it. Wasted money for sure.

Food was excellent, but it took a long time to receive the food.....probably because everything is cooked to order. Fries are super good!!
