- LLLCAug 29, 20262.0For some reason, their Google Page and front door advertises a 10AM opening time. The kicker is that the neon OPEN sign was turned on. I arrived there around 10:30AM to find the front door locked. The employee said they were not open yet. Either they were short staff or the employee just didn't want business which brings the question if there is a manager on duty at all that day.

They won't issue a refund to the card used for payment. This is the fifth time I’ve been there, and every time, the service has been poor.

Apparently out of burgers, if they would have answered the phone, i would have known not to order online. But once I arrived doors locked. Music blaring. 6 or 7 employees just standing around, shooting the bull. Won't answer the phone to even acknowledge an order that was taken and paid for. Ridiculous. Won't be back to say the least. When I mentioned no one answering the phone to the manager he said, well I told them to. 🙄🤦🏼♀️

My bacon cheese dog had so much ketchup it was leaking through the foil.the bread was so wet it was mushy.I couldn't even enjoy the hotdog itself.the ketchup ruined how good that hotdogs was suppose to be. Not mention there was nothing on it I had ordered. Seem like if they cared about presentation they wouldn't have dared sent my food across the counter like that.huge disappointment! Next time I won't bother

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
