- WRWalt RealJun 20, 20261.0Placed my order for delivery last night (1/19/2026). Waited close to a hour and 30 mins for my food. When it arrived all my food was cold. Chicken Alfredo pasta I order had barely any pasta & chicken in it. I literally push the pasta to one side of the bowl and it didnt even cover a quarter of the bowl. It was dry a it taste like boiled noodles with chicken. I spent $50 on a few item and it was all bad besides the bread bits and they were cold as well. I called that night to speak to the manager and the guy said that he will be in the next day around 4pm. I called at 4:30 pm and got a female shift manager stating the store manager won't be in until Monday. I ask for her name so I know who im speaking with and she refused to identify herself. The service, food, and overall experience was horrible! I who worked for Domino's in the past took pride in serving customers so I know the quality standards this company use to uphold. After today I will no longer be supporting this location. I recommend no one does either.
- MEM EJun 5, 20261.0The app was wrong when it said ready.. im ok with that bcuz its not his fault. he said 20 minutes, I waited the 30 minutes and asked his again if it was ready he then said it won’t be ready for another 30 minutes. After that he started making pizzas after cash and card transactions without washing his hands. Made a pizza and then wiped his hands on his pants took money and then made another pizza WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS.
