    I ordered a large pizza and it had a lot of sauce and I ordered light sauce and it did not have any chicken on it.

    I love the whole staff here. They are amazing and beyond welcoming. I was sick for months and haven’t shown up but upon my return they wrote me the cutest note on my box 🥺🥰 and it brought me to tears that I was more than a customer 💝

    Ordered a custom pizza, with chicken buffalo sauce. Didn’t come with buffalo sauce. Called and spoke with the manager. She said they discontinued buffalo pizza and hung up on me . I called back again and told her it’s an option on the app. If she didn’t have it she could have called. She refused to remake the order, she refused to give me her name, she was so ignorant to even listen to the complaint. She said she’ll tell “ customer “ service whatever that means. Very disappointed . I will call back in the morning to speak with the morning manager. This lady shouldn’t be in any management role.

    AWFUL AWFUL customer service is a joke at this location. If you're close to location off 141 in fenton, I highly suggest going to that Domino's instead. Placed my order and online tracker said order would be completed by 8:47-8:55. I walked in to store, no greeting, I stood at counter waiting someone to acknowledge me. I finally got one of the 6 employees eye contact and enquired about my order. He couldn't find it he eventually went over to ask woman who was making pizzas if she could find my order. She asked me what I ordered and she was able locate it. Told would be ready by 9:00 she said they got busy, super behind plus app was telling customers wrong pickup time etc, no biggie I'm patient. Finally at 9:15 order was done. Get home and pizzas were not great! The toppings were skeet, I paid extra for double toppings and extra cheese but nope! Plus hand-tossed crust was so thin in sections it was almost thin crust. Just wasn't good pizza at all, my patience gone by now ! My husband called and explained everything to manager, Kate. She apologized, told us she'd replace entire order. She told us it would be under phone number we used when originally placing order. That was 5 or 6 days ago. We decided to have pizza tonight so called dominos. "Dulce" I think is the name of the woman who answered the phone. She stated she's a manager. Anyway She couldn't find replacement order in system and Kate was off work and she won't bother her because Kate has a life outside of dominos...okay then lol so no help and hung up on my husband. We went up to location. My husband went inside to talk with this "lady". Bottom line never got order replaced. Dulce was super rude and condescending to my husband, she is without a doubt one of the worst managers we have ever encountered. I'm hoping to talk with owner of this location or corporate but have suspicion this is a franchise location. Whoever it is needs to be made aware of who they have running their business. Kate I thought was professional and efficient but after Dulce was unable to find replacement order it has me wondering if I was wrong about her?? ugh.... DO BETTER DOMINO'S!

    I had been going to this place for a couple of years, usually with no issues minus some toppings getting mixed up, but I’m not picky so it is whatever. Today, however, I placed an order shortly before leaving work. I arrived at this Dominos 30 minutes later and a nice young woman with green hair told me they were behind and would have my order ready in 45 minutes. Mildly annoying, but I worked in food service for a decade, so I understand sometimes it happens and I was willing to wait. I said OK, and walked back to my car. What I did not appreciate, however, is coming back into the store 45 minutes later to find the same woman who had told me earlier that my order would be late now crying and a different woman with black hair, who I assume is the manager, passive aggressively snapping at everyone in the store, including a clearly new employee who must’ve been on his first day because he asked someone where the cheese was. “This is why we can’t get anything done because I have to train him!” Well, yes, new employees need to be trained, you can’t hand them an apron and expect them to know how to run the store. She stormed off to the back and another employee had to tell the new guy “Don’t take it personal, that’s just how she is”. That’s not acceptable, and I will take it personal since she chose to do this in front of customers. Your employees do not come to work to be berated to the point of tears. Do better.
