- MMMaddieMay 12, 20261.0In the middle of moving houses trying to get a quick meal for the family, I order curbside pickup on the app since i have a young baby and I cannot carry her and 4 pizzas at the same time nor can I leave her in the car. The app says the order is ready and that they will bring the order to my vehicle of I press the “I’m here” button. I do as the instructions say but no one ever comes out. I refresh multiple times in a span of 15 minutes and no one ever brings it out to me. I have to go through the pick up window line to get pizza that had been done for 20 minutes. The worst part was watching one of the employees seem to acknowledge my car and then continue making empty pizza boxes.
