- STSue Turner3 days ago1.0July 2, 2026. I placed an order for over $40 by phone 8:40pm and was told it would be delivered in approximately 45 min..It is 9:51 pm and the pizza has not arrived. This is the second time this has occurred. I paid for the order by debit card. I regret doing so. My son has driven to Dominos to get the three pizzas, and brownies. Previously several weeks ago he had to drive to Dominos to get a delivery order that no one there even thought about preparing. When I called today to see what was preventing the order from being delivered, all I got the five times I called was a recording, over and over again telling how to earn pts.toward a free pizza. IT'S BAD BUSINESS, DOMINOS,!!! They told my son they never made the pizzas. I called my bank to cancel the transaction. That dept was closed. I need my $42.83 returned.

I get to the location and find the door was locked so you couldn't get inside. I had to wait an additional 30+ minutes just to pick up the pizza from the pickup window. Then to see no one is using gloves. I won't ever come back here. This location needs to close down. Almost 2 hours just to get some luke warm pizza. Sad

It was marked "Delivered" on the Tracker, but when I called the store to ask about it, I was told the order was still at the store. I asked for an update on delivery time and was met with an aggressive attitude and was told I could come pick up my order. Upon arriving at the store, I was told my order was out for delivery and that I was "misinformed". At the time of this post I still have not received my order which was supposed to be delivered two hours ago.

I ordered 1 pizza it was made correct thank you for that.. although my neighbor hand delivered it to me. Not the driver. So I want my tip back this is why I don't tip b4 I get my food.. I wrote very DIRECT delivery DIRECTIONS straight and to the point.. could this driver read I would have to say no. Because again, if my neighbor wouldn't have ordered their own order I would still be waiting.. I am disabled and not able to walk very well . So when I say or any of your customers SAY HAND IT TO ME IM AT APT ??? DOWN THE STAIRS AND ON THE LEFT .. NOT DELIVER IT TO THE MY NEIGHBOR NEXT TO ME..I'm very thankful they were home and was already looking out for their order already.. my neighbor deserves the tip.. PERIOD... UPDATE.. NOW I'VE CALLED TWICE someone picked up the phone and just put it down... So yes, I called back so this time someone answered and said hold please I'm still waiting. I will hold the phone until I get hung up on or someone comes back too me. Now I prefer to have all of my money put back on my card. I had to wait and hour and 15 mins to get a cold pizza and wasn't delivered to me. OK LAST UPDATE until tomorrow.. someone just hung up the phone didn't listen not ask if anyone was still there.. and no I'm not calling back tonight... And I added the last pic of how long I was on hold and hung up on...
- NTNeva TaylorJun 14, 20265.0I was shut in at home with injuries and two of my friends decided to visit, and check on me. The time of day was midday and I assumed that I should have something to offer them, but I wasn't able to prepare anything. I remembered there was a Domino's nearby and suggested we get something from Domino's to eat. I payed for the order and we agreed on a few menu items. The food was fresh hot and delicious. One of them ordered cinnamon bites and I refused to try them. After some convincing I tried them and I was converted. They were so good. Thank you Domino's for making that visit so nice and fun.
