I understand if you’re busy or backed up but let people know and don’t mislead through the app. I tried to call ahead to make sure it was on time just two get put on hold twice without an answer. When I arrived I had to go through the drive through and was told and extra 12 min. Waiting 15 min and came back. Got told another 10 min as the guy chuckled. Just games being played and this is the 2nd time this exact situation has happened. This location needs new management and extra training - don’t waste your time until then.

Was given the order. Had incorrect toppings and was missing all of the sauces. Called and spoke with the manager. The manager told me she made everything herself and it was perfect and no refund would be provided. No refund for a delivery fee and tip that never happened. Complete disaster and they did not even care.
