Live in an apartment building and ordered pizza to be delivered. Didn't realized they had called to say they were there because it was earlier than expected time. Our security guard in the building came up and told us that our pizza was down there and when we went to get it, it was gone. When we called, they said they couldn't bring hack our pizza because delivery was attempted, and if we tried to order again, the delivery would be cancelled. Ridiculous. We asked to speak to the manager and whenwe retold the story, he said the same thing. My boyfriend said, so it's our fault that the delivery guy didn't wait to give our pozza when he knew the guard was getting us? The manager said yes. Then hung up. Repeated calls led to being on hold and then hung up on. I know we live downtown where standards are hard to come by, but if they wanna do business, they have to be better. Will not be ordering from them again, and hope fewer people do. Poor business operation should be "rewarded" with no business.

The food is as good. In fact it is better than most and much better than the previous location. The problem is they have a $15 minimum delivery charge unless you have earned a free pizza or they made a mistake and owe you a replacement. Then it is a $24 minimum. The food here is in no way worth paying $24 to have delivered unless you are already planning to spend that much money. I personally will no longer patronizing this location unless they return to the $14 minimum. After two years of loyalty their greed added a unearned $10. Before I waste any extra money I have been ordering carry out from a location farther away because I do not reward disloyalty. Especially when they still expect you to tip the driver who is already making $20/hour. More money than the majority of the people ordering make in their jobs.

I did not receive my order from this location after calling to check on it. Terrible service. Will never buy from Dominos again.

Ordered through Uber Eats and waited over two hours with my order stuck in “prepping” status the entire time; food never arrived. When I called the store to get an update, I was hung up on without a word. No explanation, no apology, nothing. To make it worse, the store marked the order as “prepping” immediately after I placed it, which blocked me from getting a refund through Uber Eats, leaving me out $71 for food I never received. A two-hour wait is frustrating enough, but being hung up on and then charged for nothing is completely unacceptable.

GO TO PAPA JOHNS! GO TO OAPA JOHNS! I PROMISE ITS TWO DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES! This location needs to be shut down entirely or the district manager needs to step in and undergo a management audit. I’m reviewing to make an official statement as a warning for others but by the looks of it there’s no need, as I lt appears I echo the sentiments of 80% of the clientele (no surprise there). I’m not sure why they are so comfortable gaslighting and condescending customers to eventually hanging up in their faces but it needs to be checked and those individuals need to be terminated. “Management” (if that’s who I actually spoke with) can’t seem to separate there personal rapports with other associates in order to focus on proper acknowledgment and corrective action to staff. Everyone reviewing file an official complaint through the website because the actual location WILL block you from that information. A fake manager just hung up on me and allowed employees under her to listen and be privy to the information provided on the phone. Literally as I was talking you can hear them next to the phone. A small suit and complaint will be filed.
