- SBSean Brant4 days ago5.0One of at least a few of this local chain, probably the biggest one, at least that I've been to. Awesome staff, great flavors, and great (sometimes interesting) flavors. Not a standard ice cream shop for sure, there is a reason that there is typically a line (sometimes even out the door) here. They have vegan options, and for those that might enjoy it there is even alcoholic ice cream!

I got a combo of espresso royale and midnight pleasures and they were amazing together. Hubby went for the usual standby of Salted Cracker Carmel which is our #1 rec for first timers and all time fav. It’s a good size shop with lots of seating, cute decor and probably 20+ flavors of ice cream.

It’s possible the worker was new or the item was unavailable, but it was frustrating to be told that it had never been offered at all. My partner wasn’t certain whether it was labeled as a brownie or a lava cake, so they asked if either item was available. After taking another look, we found it listed in the bottom right corner of the menu. Even if a customer doesn’t know the exact name of an item, being able to describe it should be enough, especially when placing a $26 ice cream order.
