Now first let me start off by saying the restaurant itself is really nice and this is actually my 4th time visiting this restaurant. The first 2 times was wonderful the last 2 not so much. I visited on 8/15 and ordered the lasagna and it wasn't good at all even though it was highly recommended my our waitress. My husband had the lamb chops and they were perfect. The next day a girlfriend and I went and I got the shrimp and lobster fettuccine and I really can't put my finger on the taste but it wasn't good. My friend had the new York strip and it was good. Im not giving up on this restaurant, I just wont be ordering and more pasta.

Walking into Brio Italian Grill at 4:33 pm on August 8th, 2026, I wasn't expecting a masterclass in fine dining right off the bat, but I also wasn't expecting to be greeted by a hostess who was treating our arrival like a minor interruption to her intense, high-stakes negotiation with a blow pop. You’d think the front-of-house staff would be locked in and ready for the early-bird dinner rush. Instead, we were welcomed to the establishment through a dense linguistic barrier of swishing hard candy and muffled syllables. Nothing screams "Italian hospitality" quite like trying to figure out if she said “Right this way” or “My lollipop is stuck to my molars.” The ambiance said "Tuscan villa," but the greeting said "middle school study hall." One stars for atmosphere, minus one star for forcing me to learn lip-reading before we even sat down.

We were recommended this restaurant by a local. We made a 9:30 pm reservation for 15 people on a Friday night when they closed at 11pm. The manager and the waiter were more than accommodating for our party. Went way out of their way to take care of our party. Honestly one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back for the service alone.

The atmosphere at Brio was warm, inviting, and the restaurant itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, the service and food did not live up to the setting. I ordered the medallion steak, and it was extremely dry, tough, and difficult to swallow. It also tasted like it had been covered in old A1 sauce rather than being freshly seasoned. The mashed potatoes were bland and lacked any real flavor. Our server never introduced herself to our group or made an effort to make us feel welcome. She was not very attentive or accommodating, which made the dining experience feel impersonal. Overall, while the atmosphere was enjoyable, the quality of the food and service did not meet my expectations. I hope Brio addresses these issues because the restaurant has the potential to provide a much better dining experience.
