  Arrived at 6.30 to a bar about a third full with 4 tables eating food and told our server we needed to be at the symphony at 7.30. Ordered the dishes we wanted from the online menu. Told it was out of date. Waited while a current menu was brought. Asked how long cold food took to arrive: answer 5 mins. Ordered 2 cocktails, a salad, chips and chicken wantons. The cocktails were delicious. Would love to tell you about the food but despite repeat visits asking if our food was on the way it never arrived. At 7.15 we paid the bill and asked for food to go. At 7.20 were given the hot food and told "I'll go and get started on the salad and chips." Didn't want to miss the symphony so we left with only half our food and, obviously, no time to eat it. The view is great and the cocktails are good but the service is so slow that they cannot get a salad and a bowl of chips to you in 45 minutes.

  Bartender seemed like she didn’t want to be there. STL isn’t known for having a great skyline so being on a roof isn’t a good enough reason to pay $11 for a beer. I guess when you charge auto gratuity you don’t need have to try. I can’t imagine why locals would come here. It’s not even my money and I’d never come back if that tells you anything.

  My daughter and I tried it here for the first time. We ordered 2 drinks, one for her and one for me, which cost 39$. That is ridiculously high. The drinks were 15$ a piece, there was a 6$ surcharge (whatever the heck that was for), and tax. The drinks were average. Never again. Ya'll keep the overpriced drinks and unnecessary expensive surcharges. We will continue to go to the many other places in STL that are just as nice and where we could have gotten more bang for our buck.

  Location is amazing. The views make this place worth visiting. The food was very good (we had the Cajun flatbed and the sliders). The drinks were reasonably prices. The service....SUCKED. there were two bartenders on duty and no waitress on duty so to order you had to go to the bar. One of them was more interested in who I assumed was her boyfriend. When ever I went to order she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. ZERO customer service skills. This place has the potential to be 5 star with better service. Oh, and there is an automatic 20% service charge to all orders.
