  Ordered ahead on the app to make sure i didnt have to wait around. I showed up at the time shown on the app for completion and it was ready. They even checked the bag again to make sure i had all my sauces. I have never had an issue with this location. Keep up the great work.

  My wife placed an order online for delivery, and when it arrived neither of the fries from the order were in the bag. We are both currently trying to call them, she is at almost 20 minutes right now of listening to an extremely annoying recording trying to pursuade us to use their app to place an order. I've discovered no matter which option you choose on the phone you get the same recording on an endless loop. However the wings are pretty good, we ate them while waiting for someone to answer the phone. Update: We drove over there, total time waiting for an answer was 38 minutes. They were dead and everyone was standing around at the front, there was a sign that said they were out of fries (would have been a handy piece of info when ordering) and the manager said their phones are down. Then some teenager wanted to give my wife some "yeah, but" responses and I prayed for his soul for a second. I also wished he wouldn't sit his dirty self on the counter, they kinda serve food on that. All in all maybe not entirely their fault, but a little communication goes a long way for the customer and this crew did not seem to be bothered in the slightest by all this.

  Hands-down some of the best wings you can get at a chain! The Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper flavors have the perfect amount of pop and flavor. Everything is always cooked fresh, and their house ranch is completely addictive. The little corn is do die for! Service was quick and the fries were amazing. I will absolutely be back!

  We ordered fries. My husband opens the bag, there's no fries. He brings it to their attention, the "manager" seemed so annoyed he had to correct their mistake. We also got 3-4 split in half celery & carrot sticks for the side. Poor service. Worse food quality. How are you still in business???

  If I could give the service a -5 I would. The general manager is so rude. She treated my friend and I with horrible service. Some people are not meant to be managers and she's one of them. The attitude was unnecessary are disrespectful. Any questions we had she would give us a rude look and then answer hatefully.
