  The food at our wedding was absolutely amazing, we are still getting compliments from our guests! From the tasting to the big day, the quality and flavor were top-notch and it’s clear that care and expertise went into every dish. That said, we did experience a bit of a hiccup. We were told we could make changes to the menu up until when final numbers were due, and we submitted our updated selections about three weeks before the wedding. Unfortunately, the original menu we had at the tasting ended up being delivered instead. While the food was still delicious, it was disappointing to expect one thing and receive another, especially after having discussed those changes. We brought the mix-up to the catering staff’s attention on the day of the wedding and they said they would notify the owner. However, we never received any follow-up or acknowledgement after the event, which was frustrating given the circumstances. That said, on thing we really appreciated was their flexibility in allowing us to adjust our guest count just a week before, which helped when we had some last-minute changes. All in all, while we were very happy with the quality of food, we wish communication and follow-up had been handled a bit better.

  They catered for a party at our home. Their employee was respectful, incredibly helpful, came back when we wanted, was prompt, and everyone loved the food. We would use them again for certain!

  I honestly didn’t get to talk to the caterers during the wedding, but leading up to the wedding, everything was so easy! We heard about them from our venue and got to taste their food at the venue's fall bridal fair they ran last year. We called them to book the date and they told us to call them about a week before to tell them the head count and what we wanted to have for dinner. We also decided to get appetizers with them as well. All of the guests raved about how amazing everything tasted! We decided to have the pulled pork, brisket, mashed potatoes, and green beans. They provided water, tea, plates, and the silverware. My mom told me they were very fast with switching from the appetizers to the dinner when the cocktail hour was over. Excellent service and very friendly!
