  I guess after they built that new wall blocking off the customers from the kitchen, they forgot we can still hear them! You wouldn't think that you needed to ask for fresh food from a FAST FOOD joint, but you do, and when you do, you get snide attitude filled remarks. There's never anyone standing at the register, so you have to sit there for 5 minutes while every employee walks past you ignoring your existence until someone finally acknowledges that you're still standing there. It's kinda sad that these people work at a business that deals with a lot of customer service and every one of them does anything they can to avoid the customers..

  Waited in lobby for someone, anyone to help me. The girl in front of me was friends with a few employees and was able to get help and the girl behind the counter answered her phone while helping her friend, but once she was done the employee left front counter never to return. Another employee told me it would be a little bit because drive thru was busy. Do not EVER go to north belt McDonald's. Too many teenager working there.

  How bad do you have to hate your job to half way wrap a little kids sandwich, and LITERALLY dump their fries in the box upside down. Ridiculous service.

  DO NOT ORDER AT KIOSK. Broke machines, continuous printing issues - no clue when order is ready. Franchisee does not have lids labeled. Soda flavor is off inside as well but nobody at counter unless yelling order numbers (from receipts we don't have).
