  Again. Ordered online and order not correct. Spending nearly $55 for 2 sandwiches and combo, not getting all the order is ridiculous. I tried to give this place a change again but nope. Waste of money.

  It’s not often that I leave a review but I was so moved today with my excellent service I really felt the need to write one. I came in around 1:20-1:30. Was immediately greeted with high energy which was awesome. I especially have to call out the women with the beautiful curly bun on the line, she directed every employee with such respect but also authority. If she’s not the main manager she definitely needs to be one. There was an issue where one of my orders I was picking up was missing but I had it in my hands within minutes, everyone here had great energy and seemed to work extremely well together. Thank you for such a great experience!

  Every single table was dirty. We were the only ones in there. It wasn’t freaky fast. Even though we were there and had ordered, multiple cars through drive thru got their food first. Black flecks in the ice = mold. Eww. Dirtiest JJ’s I’ve ever been in.

  Went there over my lunch break, there were maybe 4 cars in the drive through. It took all of 30 minutes to get through the drive through. After, they took my card and charged it and then never got my food. No one came to the window for another 10 minutes. I had to leave. Genius business tactic, charge your customers and never give them their food!!
