  Husband and I went thru drive up to get some lunch yesterday. The young man that was taking our order was very rude. We told him we wanted a beef and cheddar meal with large crinkle fries and a large root beer and we also wanted another beef and cheddar sandwich and the half pound roast beef meal with large crinkle fries and large coke. He then started repeating himself asking what roast beef we wanted . We told him 4 different times the half pound. Then he asked again which one. Then preceded on reading our order back without mentioning the beef and cheddar meal. After about 15 minutes of repeating everything we just told him to forget it and left. We will not be back to this arbys ever.

  This specific location rocks! The staff is ALWAYS very friendly, knowledgeable, and very FAST. Occasionally they may make a mistake but it’s not very often and their service is always spot on. Favorite location to go. Wish their portions were a bit bigger.

  Nice quiet place to eat. Very friendly, clean eating establishment, bathrooms are always clean, and always has paper products.
