  Im a truck driver who eats at arbys all over our great country. Well gm Lynda Noel sure knows how to ruin someones day. I came in and ordered the meat & 3 box. I did not take the small cup since i carried in my own tumbler. As i was filling it Lynda had to comment to me that i am not being charged for filling my tumbler. I politley made mention your saving a cup and i indicated do you not have complimentary refills. She said thats not the point. Then i told her she was being offensive and instead made it about her that she was not charging me. I told her you need to respect truck drivers for who we are. People like her are a detriment arbys. I saw other complaints in the reviews about her. Upper management needs to think twice about who is representing the brand.

  The people that work their are idiots because every singel time you have a mobile order and pull up i say I have a mobile order for Thornton and they say what's the last name and I say I just said it this happens every singel time like they aint never ever listening no matter how loud you say it how clear you say it or slow you say it you will always have to repeat yourself thats just stupid no other fast foods do that and this is very annoying for regulars change that and ill change my review quit making me repeat myself every singel time

  I purchased 4pc mozzarella stix. I ask for fresh ones. 4 were in basket dont know how long they were there. Lynda Noels GM tried to pull a fast one and give me old m/stix. I ask for refund but I got fresh m/stix instead. Beware of the trickery.

  Honestly, foods usually good, but the food put me off.... Never felt more nauseous, and the mocha coffee shakes just suck.... Usually 10/10, but today just dropped the ball

  on 16 hour drive...27 minutes in drive thru..2 cars ahead...helper said only 3 working. ..IF U CAN'T PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE MAYBE CLOSE..and FOOD COLD?
