  Everything about this place was fine, except for one of the employees who refused to sell me a combo meal because—according to her—she couldn't understand me. Afterward, the manager (a very kind woman) understood me perfectly. P.S. You’ll recognize the woman who refused to speak with me by her poor personal hygiene

  Dunno who the management is at this location but all these bad review say enough. Refusing to give me whipcream on the side and not on my vanilla shake is crazy work. You should be ashamed telling me you lose money putting the whip on the side. You lose money not making the sale and having me walk out because of you bs ;)

  Apparently, the manager here will not sell people a side of bacon. Because she's really proud of her name tag, she waved it in my face. Telling me she will not sell me a side of bacon. As my four-year-old daughter, I was looking at her waiting to eat bacon. But every other arby's in America will sell you a side of bacon, as long as you are a paying customer. You are allowed to buy anything. If you're willing to pay for it, but not this beacon nazi, they call a manager at this location. I will call corporate because she's very rude. She walked away from me mid. Sentence, she really needs to be trained. Because that attitude can be passed down to other employees that she is training.

  Dude making my sandwich was messing with his hat and wiping his nose while wearing the gloves to make my food. When told them to refund me i had an employee try and tell me what i did and did not see. Avoid eating here unless you like booger sandwiches
