  Stopped the gentleman came out took my order. Told me he was the only one working. It would be a min. Great service guy was on top of his game friendly prompt.& fast

  Waited in line 20 minutes before driving away. They suck do not go there.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. First of 2 employees arguing in the parking lot, I'm trying to ordering and they are bickering back fourth. First red flag. Second they give us our drinks and notice something dark in my 5 yr old drink it's a sweat bee.... then tell the nice older lady she reassures me we don't have bugs... 2nd red flag... at this point I've handed my card over before getting drinks or else i would have drove away. Then proceeds to say I appreciate your patience as 20 minutes go by she says our cook just walked out mind you this place isn't busy nor was anyone else in line. After 30 minutes of waiting hands me my food and then says wait sir.... then comes back and says nevermind your food is all there. Get home and drinks are gross and guess what they forgot food...Kids tots are smashed, chicken dry. Call back up there manager says they have a free burger whenever, said I'd rather just refund me my burger but says we cant do that.... Rather not wait another 20 minutes for one cold burger...

  If you add up rude employees who treat you like your a nuisance and have 0 knowledge about menu, food preparation time taking 3x the amount of time it takes it any other Sonic with the food still coming out cold after the wait it equals a terrible place to go if I was the owner I would step up and be there everyday managing my managers

  Whoever was at the window at 6:45 pm on 13SEP, just the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my 30 years, and nowadays I’ve been pretty acceptant at how bad it is nowadays, but holy lord just fire her immediately. Rude, didn’t say that was all, like just, management where are you at this location??
