  This Sonic drive-thru experience was truly the worst I’ve ever had at any Sonic or fast-food establishment. I’ve never witnessed such disgusting behavior from an employee anywhere else. I’m not sure why this woman was so miserable and rude, or how she even manages to hold a job treating random strangers the way she does. I strongly advise against visiting this location unless you’re prepared to leave angry and feel like you’ve been treated like absolute trash.

  Strawberry lemonade I got was fermented??? It tasted like straight alcohol and the only reason for that would’ve been either an Old product or a moldy machine which is triflin. So yeah don’t come here because they were really rude when i politely told them about it.

  This location is so pathetic. If you have a mobile order, they will NOT take care of you if there are any guest in the drive thru at all. Employee finally tells you, sorry just go to the drive thru next time I have to do the rush. That’s not how it works sweetie, it’s sonic. Come to the stall. Waited 30 minutes+ past pick up time for my mobile order. Employees in just a bra…will not be returning. EVER. Also a criminally negligent pothole in the drive thru route. Disgusting how they treat customers. Blood boiling experience every single time.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Never in my 35 years on this planet have I been spoken to by someone like this before. 07/26/26 930-950pm I have already contacted corporate about the experience and want to speak to ownership. Before I post on here about what happened. The character and representation of this establishment is the worst I have ever seen.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. First of 2 employees arguing in the parking lot, I'm trying to ordering and they are bickering back fourth. First red flag. Second they give us our drinks and notice something dark in my 5 yr old drink it's a sweat bee.... then tell the nice older lady she reassures me we don't have bugs... 2nd red flag... at this point I've handed my card over before getting drinks or else i would have drove away. Then proceeds to say I appreciate your patience as 20 minutes go by she says our cook just walked out mind you this place isn't busy nor was anyone else in line. After 30 minutes of waiting hands me my food and then says wait sir.... then comes back and says nevermind your food is all there. Get home and drinks are gross and guess what they forgot food...Kids tots are smashed, chicken dry. Call back up there manager says they have a free burger whenever, said I'd rather just refund me my burger but says we cant do that.... Rather not wait another 20 minutes for one cold burger...
