  Went to order some food after I got off work. It was 15 minutes before close. They told me I couldn’t order a favorite sandwich and could only do #1-#5. I’ve worked at a Jimmy John’s and I’ve never heard of that ever being a policy so I asked why and they said it’s because they’re about to close. I could hear another person in the background mocking me. They were extremely rude and refused to make me a sandwich. It was ridiculous.

  This is the second time I have ordered sandwiches to be delivered to a location that is approximately 1 miles away from Jimmy Johns location. I ordered at 10:25 a.m. Received notification at 10:31 a.m. that is out for delivery. It is now 11:20 a.m. and still not arrived. Now my lunch time is over. I tried calling store and no one answers the phone. I don't need it at this point and have wasted the money. This is exactly what happened the last time. I will not only never order anything for delivery, but anything at all from this location! They are a joke. If it was out for delivery at 10:30 and a mile to travel, how slow are you going?? Yes sarcasm, because i just wasted $25.00!

  I prep ordered on their website. Choose a delivery time, all set and confirmed via email. The time came and went for delivery. I checked the tracking on the email. According to the tracking, it had been delivered. I checked all around, no delivery. I tried to call the store, no answer. Left a message on the voice mail, no reply. About 20 minutes later I received a text from Uber they would be delivering. It's already well past the chosen delivery time, and my order has not even been picked up. An hour and a half later I finally have my food. Still no contact from the store. Unacceptable service.
