The most incompetent and lazy store i have ever seen. Half the time i order for deluvery on the app they cancel either because they dont have a driver even though some of the time it's an hour plus before they close or are out of a major ingredient in something that we orderered, and the other half of the time it takes so long to get delivered we should have done pretty much anything else. I dont know if its the workers or the owners but either way its usually a terrible experience
I hadn't eaten at Jimmy Johns in years because I remember the sandwiches being dry, and JJ's as a company is sauce-averse. I decided to grab a sammie here because it was close and I was in the mood for an Italian sub. I was happy when I pulled up to the drive thru and saw that the Italian had sauce on it! Joke's on me. JJ's is still sauce and seasoning-averse. Even though I'm so white, I'm transparent, I do like my food to have flavor. This was the most plain, flavorless sammie I've ever eaten. To add insult to injury, my sub wrapper had a sticker that said "don't forget your pickle!" What pickle? I didn't get a pickle. I love pickles! Although I have a hunch that they somehow remove all flavor from those, too.

I regret choosing the convenience of this location every time. I choose this location because it offers delivery to my house. But every time I order delivery, it gets rerouted to Uber. It's not made known that this is going to happen before my order is submitted. Jimmy John's is supposed to be "freaky fast," but Uber is "freaky slow" every time. I could go to the Bridgeton location myself, order, and get home with my (much better) food before the Uber driver from the location a mile away from my home arrives.
Not to mention, the food is absolutely not up to standard. I got the #16, and the pickle had more girth than the sandwich.... There was almost no meat, it was extremely dry, and gave off "bottom of the pan" vibes. The tomatoes had core, and there was barely any lettuce. The manager on duty should honestly be ashamed of themselves for the standards they uphold. If you're still open, accepting orders regardless of the time of night or how badly you want to go home, if you have the ingredients, you go prep what you need to serve your product properly. You shouldn't serve what you would not eat yourself.
Edit:
Removing my photos of my bad experience really shows how seriously you take this situation. Don't worry, I put em back for you.

The service is always fine and good comes out fast but I don’t know how many time I can come In and get the same thing with one modification of no tomato while theres no other order being made and still get tomato. It’s happened multiple times. You’d think if there was only one person in the store you’d get the order right.
No one sandwich delivery is SO important that this photo should exist (5/17, 1pm). Your driver choose to speed down an alley, cut onto New Town Blvd without a turn signal, speed down New Town Blvd on the wrong side of the road (driving on the left side of the road instead of the right), and illegally maneuvered to park on the wrong side of the road for his direction of travel.
Behavior like this is an accident waiting to happen.
“Freaky fast” shouldn’t mean “freaky risky.”
Please train your delivery drivers to respect the rules of the road and the communities your business serves.
