  This location remains understaffed which results in staggered food preparation and delivery while eating in. Please, consider increasing staff presence.

  It took 30 minutes to make a junior chicken sandwich, and then I went into the restaurant after sitting in the drive thru, they gave me the wrong sandwich, remade the new, and the young lady that made my sandwich and cashed me out named Z wouldn’t let me talk to a manager about my wait. She threw away the wrong sandwich (when there’s starving homeless people down the street) and didn’t even apologize for the wait or making the wrong sandwich.

  Ice on the fountain didn't work employee at the counter acted annoyed when you asked for ice. Soda from the fountain was not carbonated correctly. Only had kid bendy straws available with the lids. Fries with bad, not cooked properly.

  What a joke, I moved here from Michigan so excited to try whataburger for the first time… she took our order wrong, AND brought us the wrong food 4 times she brought us 1 burger twice when it was me and my fiance and then brought us a tray of food that wasn’t ours a 4th time my fiance also told her hey I didn’t order a meal I just wanted the sandwich she caught an attitude told him they were busy and she would refund the fry and drink shortly, we waited, he went back she said to wait, we waited and went back a third time she said I’m gonna help the guests waiting in line behind you first…. Mind you we waited over 20 min to receive our food because she brought us the wrong food 4 times

  I am dissatisfied with my recent experience ordering a chicken biscuit through your app. I waited an hour for my order, while several customers who placed their orders in person received theirs much quicker. Had I not pre-ordered through the app, I would have likely left due to the excessive wait time. This experience has caused me to feel frustrated.
