  Usually love Whataburger! I ordered the Cobb salad and it was served with no hard boiled egg. When I asked about it, I was told they were “out of eggs”. Shouldn’t I have been told that when I ordered? No offer for a price reduction or coupon.

  I forgot to get my receipt the other day so I called the store and spoke with the manager Payton who was super helpful and got me a copy of my receipt. I’d definitely recommend this place the staff is always amazing and the food is hot and fresh every time.

  The staff was very sweet, they forgot the cheese on my son’s sandwich and apologized and brought some out for him. Gave us plenty of sauces and was overall a great experience. I used to live in Texas and loved Whataburger there. I really hope they get one close to me.

  Stopped into Whataburger in Springfield and had a great experience. The food was solid — I got the Sweet & Spicy Burger, and it did exactly what the name promised. A little sweet, a little spicy, and just enough regret-proofing to make me feel like I made the right life choice. But the real highlight was David. That guy was a hoot. Super talkative, friendly, and had the kind of personality that makes waiting on food feel like part of the entertainment package. Honestly, Whataburger should put him on the menu as a limited-time feature. Good food, good service, and David brought the good vibes. I’ll definitely be back.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stopped in to try a few of Whataburger’s most popular menu items and left impressed. The Original Whatachick’n was exactly what I hope for in a chicken sandwich—crispy and crunchy without being greasy. The chicken tasted fresh, the breading held its texture, and every bite had a satisfying crunch. The Double Whataburger with Cheese delivered that classic burger experience. The beef patties were well-seasoned, the cheese was melted perfectly, and the fresh vegetables added great texture and flavor. The Jalapeño Whataburger with Cheese was our favorite of the visit. The jalapeños added just enough heat to complement the burger without overpowering it. The combination of fresh toppings, melted cheese, and toasted bun made it a standout choice. Everything was served hot and fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly during our visit. If you’re trying Whataburger for the first time, these three menu items are a great place to start.
