- AAAlyssaMay 9, 20261.0The customer service here is terrible. I’m currently waiting in the parking lot at 8:54 am waiting for them to open (they open at 8). The girls are mean, they do not know how to cash transactions properly, will charge you for another smoothie if they mess yours up, and are overall miserable people. I am in customer service, and i understand it can be difficult, but every time i go in, i tip, and i am friendly to them, and they are extremely rude back. If you’re not open, put it on your website, because I just drove all the way over here, and they are closed with no reasoning. Turns out it’s because the girl that is supposed to open didn’t show up in time for her shift. Now I am going to be late for work! The two girls inside working now are laughing about not putting the effort into working, as it is like some funny joke? I’m on my way to work every morning, and all I want is a good way to start my day, and these girls fail every time unfortunately.
