    Just ordered there this morning for my lunch for work and loved it before but this time it was horrible when I took a bite and found a maggot in my chicken. Even better they dont pick up their phone. Wont be going again and would like my money back.

    my quesadilla was burnt and they added lettuce into it that i didn’t ask for. gross! wasted my money on burnt food

    First the food gross we go in order everything is fine. 15 min later are food arrives there was no one but my family of three in there. I take a look at my food which had bacon on it the bacon was raw like raw raw both my other family members bacon was too. We go up there nicely ask if they could put it in longer. The workers giving us the nasty looks like we cussed them out. They where so mean and after that I look back to where they where cooking food and the side eyes and nasty looks. In the car my family member drank out of his smoothie and got a tooth looking thing though his straw. The atmosphere was bad to ballasting music with nasty and bad words to where when you were outside you could hear it. Never coming here again and you shouldn’t either.

    Very rude customer service. My wrap was very soggy and gross, I ordered it with NO SAUCE, it said that on my ticket and the sticker on the wrap. All the parmesan chips were very soggy, the whole wrap was soggy. I went back in to ask for it be remade and the lady was very very rude about it. Told me it was soggy because of the sauce (I didn’t want sauce my ticket says no sauce) and told me if I didn’t like it this time she wouldn’t remake it again. I work food service, we remake food all the time, and it’s no big, not at all. Especially with the food and reciept like I had. I was not rude to her in the least bit. I just wanted something edible and it was not! There’s absolutely no reason to be treated like that over needing something remade when it wasn’t made right in the first place and I was very kind about needing it remade. I have been coming to tropical smoothie for 8-9 years. I come often. My family comes to tropical smoothie often and I have never been treated this way and don’t appreciate it. At all. Please talk to you staff about how to treat customers.
