    We came for lunch and it was pretty busy, but Marcy took special care to make sure my smoothie came out correctly as I had ordered it, even coming out to double check with me what I had ordered. We also saw her go out of her way to ensure other customers got their correct orders as well. She was very kind and professional! Best customer service I have experienced in quite some time!

    Place was clean, people were great. Food was good, smoothies descent. It was the prices that will keep me from coming back. For 5 adults and just a smoothie was the little one it was 75 plus the tip. A smoothie and sandwich ( I didn't even get a sandwich, got one of the snack rolls) and it was 75. That is way too much to spend at a place like that. It was nice and friendly but 15+ for a smoothie and sandwich with chips is too high. I was shocked. I know smoothie king is high too, which is why we don't go there hardly ever.

    Please save your time and frustration. This store is poorly ran and managed. Took one hour from time of putting in order to get a smoothie that sat on the counter for 40 mins to get food that took one hour to make a three cheese chicken dillas. I put an app order in and people that walked in and ordered was served before me. After checking on the order 3 times I asked for a refund. After waiting 45 minutes management told me there was no way to refund the order. They told me they would remake the smooth and rush the food took another 15 minutes to get my food after smoothie was remade. During that time they served walk ins food before me again. Called the customer service number and they aren't of any help either due to not being able to refund or do anything because offer a electric gift card. I will never do business at this location or hope any locations in the future with the interactions that took place. Called the owner or gm which took 2 ladies there to get me the number and still no call back. If I could give negative stars I definitely would. My friend put her online order in the same time I did and she had to sit and wait on me for 47 minutes. The only reason I got my food was because I had to cause a scene in the restaurant due to them still serving walk-ins before me after the 3rd talk with staff.
