Paid for extra lettuce on my tacos and got told by a literal 450lb employee that the three finger pinch sprinkle i received qualified as "extra". Im literally worried for this mans arteries and hes giving ME attitude telling me what an appropriate amount of lettuce is? EDIT: I ALSO DIDNT GET MY NACHO CHEESE FOR MY CHIPS!

The rude employee "lost" our credit card. After sitting there for over 10min waiting for our food in line,he tells us he can't find it and so we go in. We wait some MORE before having to go up to the register to ask for our food while we wait. Halfway through our meal they find it and don't apologize or offer us anything for having to sit there or go inside. Worst customer service ever. What you would think of when you hear taco bell employee,no manners seemed stoned and could care less to inconvenience us. How do you even lose a card to begin with? You're supposed to swipe it and give it back it's not rocket science...

Ordered chicken with extra chicken in my gordita meal, received no chicken at all. Asked for straws from worker who was currently in the middle of opening new bag of straws. Did not receive any and when asked again was told straws are in the bag. No straws in the bag.

It's just not worth it to go to Taco Bell anymore. It's the same price as going to an actual Mexican restaurant, but the food isn't nearly as good. The quality has gone way down. One young lady that was working was very friendly, but the rest seemed to be bothered that we were there making them work.

So uhm…I don’t know where to start, but I hadn’t eaten since yesterday so I suggested we go get Taco Bell! Because it was my absolute favorite place ever! So my fiancé drives me up there and I saw their drink machine was down! Which was totally fine! But as I was distracted I forgot to tell my fiancé what to take off my order. So he got a regular Crunchwrap. We pull up to the window and I felt so awful! It’s midnight and these people are struggling with not having drinks! And as a person who used to work fast food I completely knew how frustrating changes on order were! But to do your job is to be professional! So I kindly apologized numerous times, “I’m so sorry I really don’t mean to bother, but could I please get no tomatoes or sour cream on that Crunchwrap…” the guy looked at me like I was crazy and started complaining to his other coworker, and I heard the other lady raising her voice about my order clearly upset. I felt so embarrassed I even bothered. But sour cream makes me sick! So after a while he shoves us the bag and we leave. I got home and they gave me the regular order and the new order of my crunchwrap which is reasonable! I open them both, obviously one with tomatoes and sour cream, and the one I asked for. But I open the new one and right there was 2 whole handfuls of jalapeños… I’m not usually picky about spicy things but I cannot stand Taco Bell jalapeños! So at the end I spent 8 dollars (that’s not the whole order) just to be made fun of for changing some ingredients. I didn’t bother calling because I already know I would just have even more of an issue… so I’m left hungry, embarrassed, and jipped of my money because some people were upset I changed my order. But I’m not sure what has happened to this location…or how it’s still open to be honest. With how many horrible reviews they have I’m starting to question the whole Taco Bell franchise. Hopefully they do something about this location because clearly it needs something.
