  Might be the slowest Taco bell in all of Springfield MO. Got the wrong order and waited 20 min for anyone to even address me at the counter. No “sorry” or nothing lol. Then got my order, and it was still wrong lol. This Taco Bell sucks so bad

  Every time they are missing an item or 2 every time the food is never hot or fresh always super oily the things that are supposed to be crispy are soggy the soft things are never properly they are lazy workers who don’t keep up with their basic customer service requirements and lack the professionalism to be working the most basic fast food jobs the kitchen staff is always doing terrible proportions and sloppy work on something you can barely call Mexican food and they somehow made it worse they make me want to kill myself and all I have to do is just not order here it’s just so pathetic that they are this incompetent at the most basic job

  Customer Service at this place is absolutely horrible. I think the people just don’t get paid enough to really care. Also, the burrito I ordered was more tortilla than anything else. For $2.50, there should be more than a splash of beans inside. The lady at the counter acted like she was majorly inconvenienced by me paying cash. And her gloves were sooooo dirty. I think I’m about done giving this place any more chances. Maybe someday if robots take over making the food, it will be worth another shot.
