Worst run Taco Bell in the Ozarks. Poor management. Restrooms always dirty, long waits.

Ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and it was mostly tortilla. Little to no filling and the guy who handed the bag to me had filthy gloves. Visible orange/yellow residue

SUMMARY: ITEMS ALWAYS MISSING, KIOSKS NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY AND NO STAFF AVAILABLE FOR HELP, HAS GOTTEN NOTICABLY WORSE THIS YEAR What happened to the workers who made this taco bell so good? The past few months now every time i order (usually through doordash where i cant just go back around the drive through) my order is almost always messed up! Burritos so underfilled theyre not even worth eating, not receiving extra veggie portions i pay for, items missing in almost every order. Ive had entire quesadillas and other meals missing on small 1-2 person orders, its like theyre bagging with their eyes closed, and I havent received refunds for much of it because the apps only allow so many refunds, they expect the store to do better. Whatever shift in staffing/mgmt/policy/culture/etc has happened, its hurting the business. Also the kiosks arent disability friendly and theres no staff hired to help at the front so when i go in person i have to wait usually 15 minutes before anyone notices me asking for help because they don't see/hear me from the kitchen and when theres other lobby orders they drop them and run back to the kitchen so quickly jsut focused on getting back to their understaffed and busy kitchen, and because of that i cant even make an order without being a burden and the tension is obvious. The food used to be worth the wait and the small humiliation of feeling excluded but im not sure anymore.

Decent Place to go to if your looking for something cheap and your in the Area. Honestly When you Enter there’s No Friendly Greeting. The Employees don’t greet you they’re just looking down on there phones which they should not be doing on the Job. The food is pretty MID they’ve screwed up my order way too many times and they don’t make it up standard they honestly kinda just throw it all together. “Rating” Decent place, Service horrible, Atmosphere alright. Food Mid.
